In my book “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO,” I gave TWO probable REASONS why the President and the First Gentleman kissed the ass of Ramon Tulfo.

I had no reason to advance why Dick Gordon did the same in November 2004.

Today, I reproduce relevant portions of the book in view of the fact that in today’s (August 9, 2007) issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Ramon Tulfo in his column devoted many paragraphs in praise of Dick Gordon which he ended by saying “Now tell me, who among the presidential aspirants can beat Dick in experience and action?”

In my book, I did not express surprise why the President and her First Gentleman “honored” Ramon Tulfo by attending his Birthday Party in 2003 or the year prior to the 2004 Presidential Elections.

The following are the relevant portions:

“But when a SENATOR, a CABINET MEMBER and other TOP GOVERNMENT MEN Paid Homage to, Kissed or Licked the Ass of, as it were, Ramon Tulfo when he celebrated his birthday on the Friday before his real date of birth (November 22, 2004) last November, ALL the LIES that the TULFOS WROTE about the HIGH and MIGHTY in PHILIPPINE POLITICS CAME BACK TO MY MIND.

“Why should Senator RICHARD GORDON honor Ramon Tulfo by attending his birthday party?

“Richard Gordon is a big man in government and politics. His monumental achievements, transforming Subic Bay to what it is now, with hundreds of companies, multinational, high technology, export oriented, etc., providing jobs to thousands and thousands of people who lost their jobs when the U. S. Navy pulled out from Subic Bay, one of its biggest facilities all over the world, easily make him the most qualified candidate for the Presidency five years from now.

“Consider the following achievements of Senator Gordon that make him a very strong contender for the Presidency in 2010:

(Followed by a whole page in the book, enumerating the ‘miracle’ that Gordon achieved at Subic Bay ).

“When Gordon honored Tulfo recently by his presence in Tulfo’s birthday party, was it to thank Tulfo’s contribution to Gordon’s monumental achievement at Subic ? What exactly had Ramon Tulfo contributed to the achievement of Gordon at Subic ? Had Tulfo used his media power to motivate over 8,000 students, professionals, street vendors, foreign experts, etc. to volunteer their time, minds and brawn to make real Gordon’s vision not only of providing immediate employment to those adversely affected by the U.S. Navy pull-out but also of raising the economic life of the province and the nearby area.?

“If Tulfo is the PR man of Gordon, indications of which are apparent in Tulfo’s recent columns in praise of Gordon’s work with the Red Cross, then it should be Tulfo who should be kissing the ass of Gordon, and not the other way around.

“I remember attending an anniversary celebration of an advertising agency whose clients included many top corporations of the country. On the walls of the advertising agency’s office were displayed an artist’s rendering of the portrait of top officials of their corporate clients. The “paintings” were intended as “gifts” to these top corporate officers. At first, I thought it “anomalous.” that the celebrant would give gifts to the invited guests, instead of the guest giving gifts to the celebrant. Why should the clients be honored when it is the company that was celebrating? I found out later that it was the SOP among advertising agencies in its relations with its clients. It was a sort of the company sort of “kissing the asses of their many “bosses.”

“If Tulfo is the PR man of Gordon, how come it is Gordon who is kissing the ass of Tulfo?

“I really do not know why Senator Richard Gordon should honor Ramon Tulfo. Unless the Senator can come out with a credible (to the sane) explanation, this I can tell the Senator:

“HEY, DICK, you better explain very well your presence in Tulfo’s birthday party. Otherwise, forget your ambition of landing the top job at Malacanang.

“Your opponents will just propagate the fact that ONCE IN THE PAST, YOU WERE A TULFO ASS KISSER.”

The Philippines also has Officials in the Highest Echelons of Government Who are
Plain, Plain STUPID of the HIGHEST ORDER.

FILIPINOS should not be surprised of this STUPIDITY of the HIGHEST ORDER among High PHILIPPINE Government Officials
Because the FILIPINOS have a PRESIDENT who KISSED the ASS of a Stupid LIAR-EXTORTIONIST Media Man,

(A Custom-based media man-columnist informed me that RAMON TULFO maintains – or maintained through his son PATRICK, the TULFO recently CAUGHT EXTORTING P1,000,000.00 from a Makati-based American Investor) in PALAWAN a Car Exchange selling SMUGGLED cars from SUBIC. Ramon TULFO, instead of being investigated, EXTORTS HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF PESOS from CUSTOMS OFFICIALS!!!!)

What is the Reasoning behind the decision to destroy several smuggled and abandoned vehicles valued at over P10.0 million pesos? To “send a message to smugglers?” What message?

Secretary of Finance Margarito Teves (as quoted in the August 17, 2007 issue of Philippine Daily Inquirer) rationalizing the destruction of the cars shows

HOW STUPID some of PRESIDENT ARROYO’S CABINET MEMBERS ARE!!!!

The only message smugglers would RESPECT is that they are apprehended and IMPRISONED. With the action of the government to destroy the cars, these smugglers must be LAUGHING in DERISION at the VERY STUPID Customs officials who recommended the decision and the VERY STUPID Top Official or Officials (TEVES, then the PRESIDENT?)who approved the decision to DESTROY CARS VALUED at SEVERAL TENS OF MILLIONS of PESOS.

It is to be kept in mind that these CARS were Either Government Property or Private Property. In either case, it is AGAINST the LAW for non-owners of the goods (like the Customs or other High Officials) TO DESTROY PROPERTIES that have VALUES and are NOT PROHIBITED to be EXCHANGED or USED.

In 1992-1998, when Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. was Customs Commissioner, he disposed, by Public Auction, over 900 smuggled, seized and abandoned vehicles (including a P7.4 million brand new Mercedes Benz and several Porsches carnapped in the Streets of San Francisco and shipped by smugglers to Manila Ports), enriching the Filipino People by hundreds of millions of pesos from the auction proceeds. To carry out the Public Auction, and to protect the interests of local car manufacturers, Parayno sought the assistance of the Association of Car Manufacturers in the Philippines (CAMPI) and the then Philippine Motor Association (now Automobile Association of the Philippines).

Even totally dilapidated cars left abandoned at the piers for over a decade added some income (THEY WERE SOLD AT SCRAP VALUE!!!) for the Bureau through these Public Auctions!!!

That is why the decision to DESTROY CARS that could EASILY FETCH SEVERAL TENS of MILLIONS of PESOS (estimated by Secretary of Finance at P40.0 million) at PUBLIC AUCTION is a decision arrived at by VERY, VERY STUPID CUSTOMS and OTHER HIGH PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS!!!

If the smuggled goods are harmful substances or prohibited Drugs like SHABU, there are Standard Procedures and Rituals to carry out their Destruction, certainly not the VERY CRUDE and PRIMITVE method of crushing them as were done on the cars.

If the Government is to be consistent, why not destroy ALL SMUGGLED GOODS?!!!!

If the government seizes a shipload of smuggled rice or sugar or used clothes, why not just throw the shipload of rice or sugar into the sea or burn the smuggled (by REY LANGIT!!!) used clothes?

If the Philippine authorities seize a tanker load of smuggled oil, why not BURN the WHOLE SHIPMENT? And also sink the tanker into the sea, “To send a Message” to the Smugglers and their Collaborators?!!!

If the government seizes canned goods STILL EDIBLE, why not FEED them to the PIGS?

On second thought, why not destroy ALL THE SMUGGLED CARS now at ALL the ports so that the FILIPINO PEOPLE will have MORE PROOFS that those Customs Officials and Other Top Officials (like Finance Secretary TEVES) who Approved and Carried out the Destruction of the Smuggled Cars (and not selling them through Public Auction) are Plain, Plain STUPID of the HIGHEST ORDER?!!!

The Philippines has a Super BOBO President!!!


Ning Santos is 100% apodictically super certain when he asserts here that PRESIDENT GLORIA M. ARROYO IS A FIRST CLASS SUPER BOBO when she uttered, as reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (page 2, issue of August 19, 2007) that “they –(the smugglers)—will not be allowed to redeem other cars that may be auctioned off through their paid proxies.”

Her next sentence—although not a sign of BOBONESS—may prove to be a LIE –of the same genus and specie as the “HELLO GARCI” tape, the unreleased “Mayuga Report” and the secret “Venable Contract.”

PGMA’s second sentence runs like this: “Not only will they be barred from future auctions, they will be put behind bars.”

So that the PRESIDENT will NOT be called a LIAR HERE, it is incumbent upon the Customs Commissioner and the National Bureau of Investigation Chief to identify and catch and imprison the smugglers!!! If they succeed here, their names will be forever enshrined in the Guinness Book of Word Records as the FIRST FILIPINO CUSTOMS COMMISSIONER and the FIRST FILIPINO NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION CHIEF to have SUCCESSFULLY CONVICTED AND IMPRISONED A SMUGGLER!!!

Presidential Management Staff chief Cerge remonde is as stupid as his boss when he echoed his boss’s reasoning “that the President wanted to stop the auction of smuggled cars since they still ended up in the smugglers’ hands.

President Erap had more brains when he made Malacanang the Warehouse of about 50 seized smuggled cars so the smugglers could NOT spirit them out the Bureau (when nobody is looking) without paying taxes. President Erap, in this way, OUTSMARTED both the SMUGGLERS and their CUSTOMS ALLIES who both intended to cheat the FILIPINO PEOPLE.

In the case of the cars destroyed on command of PGMA, the FILIPINO PEOPLE were also LOSERS.

When Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. was Customs Commissioner (in 1992-98), he entered into an agreement with the Car Manufacturers Group in the Philippines and the Philippine Motors Association (now Automotive Association of the Philippines or AAP) to help the Bureau of Customs to sell, through Public Auction, the almost 1,000 abandoned, seized and smuggled cars and motor vehicles stored in various warehouses and yards at the piers, deteriorating under the elements (sun and rain) and losing values because of rampant pilferage.

The object was to get as much Revenue for the Bureau (and for the VERY POOR Filipino People like me), and to DISCOURAGE SMUGGLING!!!

How will PMA and the Car Manufacturers Group HELP RAISE REVENUE and DISCOURAGE SMUGGLING through PUBLIC AUCTION?

The PMA and Car Manufacturers Group DETERMINE the FLOOR PRICE or STARTING PRICE for the PUBLIC AUCTION.

These two PRIVATE SECTOR BODIES scan the newspapers advertising second hand cars, inspect the condition of the vehicles, list down the missing parts and paste these on the windshields of the cars to be auctioned to enable the participating public in the PUBLIC AUCTION to have solid, reasonable and wise bases to help them in their personal determination of the prices they would bid in the auction.

I remember very clearly the brand new Mercedes Benz S600 which I inspected as soon as it got out of the container van. The car had in its tachometer a reading of 5 km, meaning it was brand new. As soon as the car was taken out of the van, PMA towing trucks transported the smuggled car to one of its yards in Quezon City . This is to prevent pilferers from stealing some precious parts that diminish the value of the cars. (For example, when PMA then called me to report that the telephone unit of one of the seized Porsches just delivered to them was missing, I looked at the photos that recorded the inspection done immediately as soon as the smuggled cars were taken out of the vans at the Customs yards, and saw the photo of a Customs agent showing (I do not know if ‘proudly’) to others the telephone unit with the wires still attached that he got from the Porsche photographed beside him.)

And now to DEMONSTRATE why the Remarks of GMA (as recorded by the Inquirer for posterity) are REMARKS of a SUPER BOBO.

The Mercedes Benz S600 was determined by the EXCLUSIVE Importer of Mrecedes Benz cars in the Philippines and the PMA to have a FLOOR PRICE (or STARTING PRICE for the PUBLIC AUCTION) of P6.3 million.

PMA advertised the Public Auction in widely circulated national papers to attract as many participants as possible. In the public auction, many vied to buy the Mercedes Benz but there could only be one winner, the highest bidder, at P7.4 million.

The winner during the auction was the “proxy” of the real buyer, reportedly (according to PMA sources then) the father of Ara Mina who recently was rumored (wrongly, of course) as an inamorata of Boxing Legend Manny Pacquiao.

Assuming that Ara Mina’s father was the original smuggler, how did he profit by buying the car he smuggled? He must have bought the car at its full value through a dealer (unless the car was carnapped immediately after it got out of the dealer’s show room, then immediately smuggled out of the USA) there in USA (the port of origin of the smuggled cars). Or Ara Mina’s father tried to bring the car here without declaring it with Customs to escape paying taxes and duties so that as soon as he succeeds in getting it out of the pier, register it, bribing people at the LTO.

Also, assuming Ara Mina’s father was the original smuggler, how can he be prevented from participating in the auction if he sends a dozen or two dozen proxies? Who will determine who is and who is not a proxy of any one in the public auction? As far as I can remember, auction participants then were not required to show any “valid” identification card such as a driver’s license or passport, etc.

Truly, BOBOS abound (even in the Palace) and they are as many as the stars in the sky!!

With the way the Public Auction (as crafted by Parayno) was conducted, the smuggler loses (if he participates in the auction) because aside from spending to have the car smuggled, he had to “redeem” it (to use GMA’s term) at a public auction where the FLOOR or STARTING price is VERY NEAR the “market price” as determined by the PMA and the Car Manufacturers Group in the Philippines.

Parayno wisely asked the assistance of the Car Manufacturers in the determination of the FLOOR PRICE because the industry group most interested in curbing smuggling is the “local car manufacturers” group.

Now, who will dare CHALLENGE Ning Santos when he declared at the beginning of this “paper” that “Ning Santos is 100% apodictically super certain when he asserts here that PRESIDENT GLORIA M. ARROYO IS A FIRST CLASS SUPER BOBO when she uttered, as reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (page 2, issue of August 19, 2007) that “they –(the smugglers)—will not be allowed to redeem other cars that may be auctioned off through their paid proxies.”

Of course we should not be surprised for any BOBONESS coming out of the Palace. I wrote a book, in 2005 or two years ago, the book having a title of “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.” The book describes Ramon Tulfo as “Super, Super Bobo, Super, Super Liar and Extortionist.”.


(On second thoughts, the President may not be SUPER BOBO after all. This is if Customs and NBI succeeds in IMPRISONING ALL SMUGGLERS!!! Then, truly, NO SMUGGLER CAN PARTICIPATE IN ANY PUBLIC AUCTION OF SMUGGLED CARS!!! Although no one, even though he is behind bars, can prevent him from sending his proxy).

(On third thoughts, putting the smugglers behind bars does not remove the BOBONESS or STUPIDITY of Destroying the Cars. It is like throwing to the Pigs Food that could be Eaten by Very Poor Filipinos, because the President wanted to send a message –WHAT STUPID MESSAGE?-- to the Food Smugglers!!! Are you so dumb you do not see my logic why I called the President’s utterances on the crushed smuggled cars as utterances of a Super BOBO?).

Philippine MEDIA in DEEP SHIT Part 2

Dear Ms Ressa,

I am sending you copy of my book, “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO,” an expansion and updated version of my first book written in 2004, “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media.”

(It entered my mind to send the book to you when you were yet with CNN but gave up the idea because the book is parochial, referring only to Media in Philippine setting. But now that you are very much involved in Philippine Media, I think it is now okay to send you the book).

The book documents the Philippine’s WORST Long-Term ABUSERS of MEDIA POWER like the TULFO Brothers, known for their LIES, INTIMIDATION and EXTORTION, Rey LANGIT for SMUGGLING and Philippine Star Managing Editor Antonio F. KATIGBAK for EXTORTION, among others.

The book also devotes a chapter on a columnist (he brags he is a Ph. D.) who, failing to get the Bureau of Customs Commissioner as his client (i. e., that the columnist be appointed the Commissioner’s PR and Crises Manager), used 95%, for several months, of his column attacking the Customs Commissioner.

For over two years already, the book is known to Officers and Members of the National Press Club and many top media professionals. But it has become very clear to me that not one of these top media professionals is brave enough to mention in their writings or broadcasts even just the title of the book, much more the Lies, Intimidations and Extortions of the TULFO Brothers, prompting me to write (to disseminate through the Internet) papers like

“Philippine MEDIA will ALWAYS BE in DEEP SHIT,” (for as long as the TULFO Brothers are Active in Philippine Print, Radio and TV) irreverently revealing, among others, that “RANDY DAVID, in trying to hide his fear of the TULFO Brothers, became like the TULFOS: BOBO and LIAR” and that ‘KORINA SANCHEZ & Company FEAR the TULFOS!!!”


I am also sending you several papers on the Abuse of MEDIA Power by the TULFO Brothers.

That the TULFO Family is a Family of ABUSIVE Media Professionals engaged in propagating LIES and in INTIMIDATION and in EXTORTION is reinforced by the recent (mid-April, 2007) report of ABS-CBN News that

a son of RAMON TULFO was involved in a P1,000,000.00 extortion on a business owner threatened to be exposed in a TV show being produced by the TULFO son.

This very recent SHAMEFUL development in Philippine Media involving a TULFO is clear proof of the VERY DEEP SHIT Philippine Media is in. It is very clear that this corrupting SICKNESS to Abuse Media Power to SPREAD LIES for EXTORTION has seeped deeply into the Blood of the TULFO Family such that a second generation of the TULFOS, starting with PATRICK, a son of Ramon TULFO, has NOT ONLY JOINED but was already CAUGHT in the act of LYING, INTIMIDATING and EXTORTING like the Four TULFO Brothers pictured in my book as LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS.

Many Media Professionals intimated to me that Many in the Media Profession ENVY the TULFOS for having been SUCCESSFUL in ENRICHING themselves through ABUSE of MEDIA POWER!!!

That is how SICK Philippine MEDIA is!!!

I have written not only to media organizations (e.g., National Press Club, Publishers Association of the Philippines ) but also to Owners/Management/Editors of the media establishments for whom the TULFOS work as media professionals. I called these Media Leaders’ attention to the ABUSE of MEDIA POWER by the TULFOS and urged them to fulfill their obligation to TELL the TRUTH to their Audience, the Filipino People.

ALL My Letters were Totally Ignored. It is like Writing, Demonstrating and Shouting to Illiterates, Blinds and Deafs.

Sometime in September-October 2006, I wrote to several Radio-TV Anchor Persons connected with ABS-CBN and ANC about this TULFO MEDIA POWER ABUSE Problem (please see attached copy of letter to Che-Che Lazaro. Similar letters were sent to Ricardo “Dong” Puno, Tina Monzon-Palma, Korina Sanchez, Pia Hontiveros and Mike Enriquez of GMA-7).

Only Dong Puno acted on it, scheduling me and Ramon TULFO to appear in his TV show “VIEWPOINTS.” Unfortunately, two hours before the scheduled show, Ramon TULFO, for unknown reasons, backed out.

Among the TV shows in ABS-CBN-ANC, the one of Che-che Lazaro, “MEDIA in FOCUS” seems most appropriate to tackle the

PUZZLE and MYSTERY: How come, despite being known as LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS, the TULFO Brothers, particularly Ramon, Raffy and Erwin, are considered as PRIZED COLUMNISTS (e.g. of Philippine Daily Inquirer and PEOPLE’S Tonight) and radio-TV anchors, hosts and commentators?

Probably your program hosts can invite the Editors, Management and Editors of Philippine Daily Inquirer and Philippine Journalists to enlighten the Filipino People why they consider RAMON and ERWIN TULFO PRIZED COLUMNISTS despite their being known to be LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS.

The same question may be asked of the Owners and Management of the media organizations for which RAFFY, BEN and Ramon son PATRICK TULFO work as media professionals.

ROTARIANS the World Over are the LEADERS in the Promotion of TRUTH in All Aspects of Life.

ROTARIANS are Leaders in their Professions. They, more than others, know that “TRUTH” is all important in ALL ASPECTS of LIFE, that no profession or business will prosper without TRUTH.

Although I am not a Rotarian, I have many friends in the Rotary and have attended their meetings. I learned that Rotarians All over the World PROPAGATE the Practice of TRUTH in all Aspects of our Lives.

It is because of this Rotarians’ single mindedness about TRUTH why I write this to you.

In 2004, after gaining insight on how Corrupt Media Men Promote Corruption and Smuggling at Customs (I was Custom Commissioner Guillermo Parayno’s “right hand man” when he was Customs Commissioner in1992-1998 and also closely worked with him when he was BIR Commissioner in 2002-2005), I wrote the book, “LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS in Philippine Media.” The book focused mainly on the LIES (opposite of TRUTH) and EXTORTION of the TULFO Brothers and the SMUGGLING of Rey LANGIT.

The “Foreword” states that the “book is about philosophical ethics and morals…on the EVIL LYING (opposite of TRUTH).”

In 2005, after witnessing HOW Malacanang USED Ramon TULFO to SPREAD LIES against Presidential Candidates FERNANDO POE JR., RAUL ROCO and PANFILO LACSON, I expanded the book and changed its title to “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.”

These book are ACTUALLY about the EVIL of LYING (the opposite of “TRUTH” the ROTARY’S ideal) in MASS MEDIA and HIGH GOVERNMENT OFFICES..

The 2005 expanded book is more revealing. It tells about the “Source of LYING its EVIL effects on the Life of the Nation when it stated in its “Preface” in Plain Language that SATAN is the father of LIARS!!!:

“What more picturesque sight to demonstrate this Power of Satan over Philippine Society than the spectacle of the President and Her Men Kissing the Ass of Super, Super Liar son of Satan Ramon Tulfo!!!”

The book PROVED the LIES (directed from Malacanang) INVENTED and PROPAGATED by Ramon TULFO that RAUL ROCO is a WIFE BEATER), that FPJ or FERNANDO POE JR. is a CRUEL and VIOLENT MAN and has a SMALL PENIS, and that PANFILO LACSON MUREDERED the husband of ALICE HILL so he could marry Alice , and that Alice is an ADULTERESS.

Since the LIES by Well-known Men in Media (the TULFO Brothers and Rey LANGIT) and the LIES Propagated by the TULFO Brothers for Malacanang are the Main Contents of the books, they are definitely the best source of materials in the Rotarians’ Everyday Lifelong Campaign for TRUTH.

I am sure that many Rotarians believe that NOW, more than at any time in the history of our country, is there a need to CAMPAIGN for TRUTH.

MANY LIES emanate from MALACANANG, which treats us the Filipino People NOT as RATIONAL Beings BUT as DUMB ANIMALS fit ONLY to be TOLD or DICTATED by Malacanang what to BELIEVE.

MALACANANG EXPECTS the Filipino People TO SWALLOW as TRUTH the President’s LIES about “HELLO GARCI.”

To keep Filipinos IGNORANT about the TRUTH about “HELLO GARCI,” Malacanang STOPPED the Release to the Public of the MAYUGA REPORT, an investigation of the “HELLO GARCI.”

MALACANANG Supports the FLIGHT to U.S.A. of JocJoc BOLANTE to hide the TRUTH from the Filipino People about the P728 Million FERTILIZER SCAM.

Manila Assistant City Prosecutor Dennis Aguila recently (as reported in a newspaper today, August 1, 2007) recommended the filing of grave coercion and blackmail against TULFO Brothers RAMON and RAFFY in connection with their threat to air through their radio programs and to publish in their respective columns (RAMON in Philippine Daily Inquirer, RAFFY in Abante TONITE) derogatory items against Customs Collector Lourdes Mangaoang should she not give in to their extortion demands.

The TULFO brothers demanded P500,000.00 which Mangaoang pleaded to be reduced. Despite the fact that Mangaoang was able to remit to the TULFO brothers over P100,000.00 over a period of time, the TULFO brothers still maligned Mangaoang, RAMON through his Philippine Daily Inquirer column, and RAFFY through his column in Abante TONITE.

The Fiscal did not give any credence to the fantastic claim of Raffy Tulfo that the amounts Mangaoang gave to the extorting brothers through Raffy Tulfo’s wife, JOCELYN PUA, was because Raffy and Mangaoang were lovers.

The fiscal believed Mangaoang’s claim that the amounts she was forced to deposit in the bank account of JOCELYN PUA, as evidenced by deposit slips she presented in the name of JOCELYN PUA, were amounts she remitted to RAMON and RAFFY TULFO to prevent them from enforcing their threat to malign her in public through their respective radio programs and newspaper columns.

Mangaoang did not include JOCELYN PUA, Raffy Tulfo’s wife, in the charge because the bank account of the wife was used only as conduit for the extortion of the TULFO brothers.

The threat by RAMON and RAFFY TULFO to air in their radio programs and to print in their respective columns derogatory items against Mangaoang originated from the refusal of Lourdes Mangaoang to withdraw the charge of smuggling of prohibited chemicals for the manufacture of SHABU she filed, in mid-2000, against Zamboanga businessman LE PENG WEE.

Like kidnappers who kill the kidnap victims after collecting the ransom demanded, the TULFO brothers still printed malicious items against Mangaoang despite her giving in to their monetary extortions.

(My book “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO,” discussed in detail the LIES Ramon Tulfo printed in several installments of his Philippine Daily Inquirer column, to malign Lourdes Mangaoang who showed extraordinary bravery and dedication as a government official because she not only refused to withdraw but more importantly vigorously pursued the smuggling charge against LE PENG WEE. Mangaoang pursued the charge despite the clear bias, in favor of smuggler LE PENG WEE, exhibited by then Justice Secretary Hernando Perez and Chief State Prosecutor Jovencito Zuno who both, at the initial stages of the smuggling case, exonerated LE PENG WEE. Mangaoang bravely pursued to prosecute the case despite the initial exoneration, and succeeded in overturning the exoneration earlier promulgated by Secretary Hernandez and Chief State Prosecutor Zuno).

I could hardly believe the allegation that ARNOLD CLAVIO has a child by Sarag Balabagan, or that husband and wife team JULIUS BABAO and TINTIN VERZOLA gets P35,000 monthly payola from smugglers, and also JOEL REYES ZOBEL also get monthly payola from smugglers.

Sometime in the last quarter of 2006, I wrote to several leading TV Anchorpersons and Reporters (e.g. Che Che Lazaro, Korina Sanchez, Tina Monzon-Palma, Pia Hontiveros, Mike Enriquez, Ricardo “Dong” Puno, etc.) asking them to discuss and solve in their TV programs a VERY STRANGE PUZZLE:

However, two hours before the scheduled Live TV Broadcast, Dong Puno’s people called me to tell me that my appearance in the show was no longer necessary because Ramon TULFO backed out. (I suspected that Ramon TULFO got scared because he could not answer truthfully the questions I sent earlier to Dong Puno’s people that I want answered during the TV Program. Therefore he backed out because, like Satan his father, Ramon TULFO is incapable of telling the truth!!!).

Korina Sanchez replied to my request by saying “Please stop sending me these emails about the Tulfos. Thank you.”

I therefore wrote Ms. Korina Sanchez, telling her, among others:

“For over three decades, I got acquainted and talked with scores of media professionals and I find ALL of them without exception to be naturally curious, insatiable in their quest to know everything under the sun, that is why I find it most strange that you would tell me to stop sending you emails about the Lies, Intimidations and Extortions of the TULFO Brothers!!!

“I asked several close friends who truly admire your intelligence and they gave me probable reasons for your expressed desire to be ignorant about the Lies and Extortions of the sons of Satan TULFO Brothers. Among the probable reasons they advanced are:

“Like most media professionals and columnists, you are scared of the TULFOS. In February 2006, I chanced upon Randy David dining in a restaurant. Because it was the first time I saw him in person, I waited for over an hour for him to finish his business with his lunch companions before I approached him to give him a copy of my book, “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.’ an expanded version of my first book “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media.”.

On handing the copy of the book, I told him the following, slowly pronouncing each word: “I hope you are not like all those media men I gave copies of this book, afraid even just to mention its title.”

A few days after that meeting, I emailed Mr. David the following: “I would not take it against you if you are like the scores of columnists to whom I gave copies of my book who ignored the existence of my book.”

On the same day I emailed Mr. David, he sent me the following reply: “Dear Mr. Santos, Thank you for giving me a copy of your book, I have started to read it, while trying to understand the depth of the anger from which it seems to spring. I respect your feelings, but I do not, as a matter of policy, write about things that I cannot personally verify or of which I have no personal knowledge. Moreover, I do not review books in my Inquirer column, Randy David.”

I COULD HARDLY BELIEVE THAT RANDY DAVID WOULD SEND ME SUCH EMAIL!!!

In trying to hide his fear of the TULFO Brothers, Randy David became like the TULFOS: BOBO and LIAR!!! How SAD, How PATHETIC!!!

Let me explain. Randy David could have avoided sending me that email that betrayed his Fear of the TULFOS had he written the following:

“Once I went to a small book store and I saw a very interesting book entitled “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO” written by an author with a feminine name, Ning Santos. I wanted to buy a copy but since I did not have enough cash, I left the store without the book. The next day, I sent a messenger to buy the book but was told that the store just sold its last copy an hour earlier. I really wanted to get hold of a copy of that book. A week later, while having lunch with some friends at the Club Filipino, I was very lucky to receive a copy of the book, from the author himself, still very macho-looking despite his advanced age.

“I will not reveal the book’s contents. I just want my readers to get hold of a copy of that book and find out for themselves if Ning Santos is believable in his assertions that Ramon TULFO and Raffy TULFO are not only Super, Super Liars and Super, Super BOBOS but also are Extortionists; and that REY LANGIT is a SMUGGLER and that Philippine Star Managing Editor ANTONIO F. KATIGBAK was able to fool Max Soliven into appointing him to three positions in Philippine Star, positions having the most opportunities for Extortion.”

Why do I call Randy David like the TULFOS, Bobo and Liar, when he is a very learned University of the Philippines Professor, his Inquirer columns revealing the unquestionable vastness and depth of his scholarship and erudition?

Randy David said:”…I do not, as a matter of personal policy, write about things that I can not personally verify.”

Mr. David should be the last person to state this. How many hundreds of assertions has he made in his column which he expected his readers to believe? He made these assertions expecting his readers to accept them as gospel truths simply because he said so, meaning that they do not need to be verified. Why do most of us spend many years, some as many as 20 to 30 years, of our lives in classrooms? Is it not to imbibe knowledge discovered the past thousands of years and handed to us from generation to generation so that we do not have “to reinvent the wheel” all over again? Truly, Randy David is not being truthful when he emailed me “…I do not, as a matter of personal policy, write about things that I can not personally verify.”

I want to state here that Randy David owes me nothing, that he is not obliged to acknowledge the existence of my book.

I just want to state here that the reason he gave for not being able to accede to my very simple request is not and cannot be the real reason.

This WIDESPREAD COWARDICE of Filipino Media professionals was brought to my attention EVEN WHILE I WAS YET WRITING my first book, Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media” because all media people to whom I revealed EVEN ONLY the TITLE of the BOOK I WAS WRITING correctly guessed its major contents and expressed concern that the TULFO Brothers might physically harm me and my wife and my children, They told me that if I did not fear losing my life, I should at least be concerned with the safety of my wife and children..

The book contains the many LIES and INTIMIDATIONS and EXTORTIONS of the TULFO Brothers, particularly RAMON TULFO and RAFFY TULFO. It also has a chapter each describing the SMUGGLING Activities of Catholic Mass Media Awardee REY LANGIT and the EXTORTIONS of ANTONIO F. KATIGBAK, now Managing Editor of Philippine Star.

At first, I thought the fear was not widespread.

When at last my book “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media,” came off the printing press and was ready to be sold to the public, I thought it would create a MEDIA SENSATION.

I asked him to form a group of NPC members to study the Lies propagated by the TULFO Brothers and to make proper recommendations.

He apologized to me, telling me that not one member of the NPC was brave enough to initiate the formation of a study group to go over my book and make some recommendations. In short, not one member of the NPC was brave enough even just to be identified as studying the abuse of media power by the TULFO Brothers and others named in the book,

However, two hours before the scheduled Live TV Broadcast, Dong Puno’s people called me to tell me that my appearance in the show was no longer necessary because Ramon TULFO backed out. (I suspected that Ramon TULFO got scared because he could not answer truthfully the questions I sent earlier to Dong Puno’s people that I want answered during the TV Program. Therefore he backed out because, like Satan his father, Ramon TULFO is incapable of telling the truth!!!).

Korina Sanchez replied to my request by saying “Please stop sending me these emails about the Tulfos. Thank you.”

I therefore wrote Ms. Korina Sanchez, telling her, among others:

“You are one of the most intelligent woman in media, particularly as a TV anchor-commentator, in fact, much, much more intelligent than some of your colleagues in the profession who have reached dizzying heights in the political arena. You have a quick mind and you know the precise questions to ask the leading experts you interview to draw the best answers to educate your audience.

“For over three decades, I got acquainted and talked with scores of media professionals and I find ALL of them without exception to be naturally curious, insatiable in their quest to know everything under the sun, that is why I find it most strange that you would tell me to stop sending you emails about the Lies, Intimidations and Extortions of the TULFO Brothers.

“I asked several close friends who truly admire your intelligence and they gave me probable reasons for your expressed desire to be ignorant about the Lies and Extortions of the sons of Satan TULFO Brothers. Among the probable reasons they advanced are:

“Like most media professionals and columnists, you are scared of the TULFOS. In June 2004, Raffy Tulfo sued me, in FAR AWAY Cauayan City, province of ISABELA, for twenty seven (27) counts of libel in connection with the publication and sale, in April 2004, of my book “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media” in which I called him (and his brothers), among others, “Stupid Liar,” “Sinungaling Na, Bobo Pa,”(Super Stupid aside from being a Liar) “poisons the minds of hundred thousands of readers,” “Satanic,” “bobo,” “evil,” “are not intelligent, are in no position to use sophistry in their lies,” “call everybody Hinayupak, Gago, Ugok, Bobo and the like to assert their superiority over all Filipinos and to hide their lack of intellect,” etc..

Raffy Tulfo also announced in his columns that he was planning to sue me in several other far away places in the Philippines .

In order to enable Raffy Tulfo to sue me in FAR AWAY ISABELA, he INVENTED TWO LIES:

First, that he is a resident of 135 National Highway, Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City, Province of ISABELA., and

Second, that my book “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media is sold nationwide through the National Book Stores.

We presented documentary proofs to the Fiscal in Cauayan City and the Department of Justice in Manila proving that the above assertions of Raffy Tulfo are BOTH LIES. . Because Cauayan City Prosecutor Rudy Cabrera and Chief State Prosecutor Jovencito of the Department of Justice belong to the 99.9999999% of FILIPINOS AFRAID of the TULFO Brothers, our documentary proofs saying Raffy Tulfo is a LIAR were not believed by them.

And so, the case was filed in ISABELA, instead of in any of the courts in Metro Manila where both the complainant (Raffy Tulfo) and the accused (Ning Santos) reside for the convenience of both parties-litigants and in the interest of Justice, as jurisprudence requires. .


SECOND TULFO Power: Power Over the MILITARY and the POLICE Establishments

To serve the WARRANT of ARREST against me issued in ISABELA, the Government had to SPEND HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY. The ISABELA Police Provincial Director issued a Travel Order authorizing Four Philippine National Police (PNP) Officers to make the over 500 kilometers (cutting through several Regions in the Philippines ) travel from ISABELA to my residence in Quezon City . The Warrant could have been served to me through the Quezon City Police, or the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) at much less expenses!!

Also, when the Cauayan Policemen brought me from my residence to the nearest Quezon City Police Station “for coordination” Raffy Tulfo called the Officer in Charge of the QC Police Station and “commanded” him to let the Four Cauayan City Policemen bring me to ISABELA as I was a SMUGGLER (an instance of TULFO use of Satan power to LIE), to which the policeman replied “You do not command me, I am the one in charge here, not you.”. Raffy Tulfo’s ease of issuing, through the telephone, commands or orders to any Policemen in the Philippines is indicative of the TULFO Brothers’ Power Over the Military and the Police Establishments in the Philippines !!!.

My lawyer advised me that I should always be with a relative all the time that I was under the custody of the CAUAYAN City Police. That was really a problem because my wife (the only one available to accompany me to ISABELA since my children were all in school) had just been discharged from the hospital after several months of confinement. I was warned that I could be salvaged anytime anywhere in the over 500 kilometer travel to ISABELA. My lawyer (who rushed to the Police Station to rescue me, thanks to cell phones’ ubiquity) requested the Quezon City Policeman to issue me a Detention Order at the Quezon City Jail, to which request he acceded.

After several hours of staying in the Hall of Justice at the Quezon City Capitol, my lawyer was able to complete all the requirements (including the approval of an executive judge) for me to be freed on bail. It was almost five in the afternoon when I was allowed to go home.(My daughter had to withdraw from her tuition fund to enable me to post cash bond).

A few minutes after arriving home, four people pretending to be money couriers knocked on the gate saying they had an envelope for me, after asking me if I was Ning Santos. They showed me the envelope, telling me that somebody sent me cash money. I told them I knew no one who would be sending me money. They told me that they had to get inside the house to deliver the money because that was the standard procedures they follow when delivering cash. When finally the four were inside the house, they announced “WE ARE ARRESTING YOU!!!” showing me copy of the warrant of arrest issued in CAUAYAN CITY . After showing them my “bail” papers, they stopped threatening to arrest me.

Reviewing the events of the day, later, I concluded that the whole thing was orchestrated by Raffy Tulfo, including the sending of four Quezon City policemen after the CAUAYAN CITY POLICE failed in their mission. For who would command very corrupt policemen to arrest me on a Friday afternoon after office hours when these policemen for sure knew very well that they were not allowed to serve warrants of arrest on Friday afternoons. They were after extorting from me (something they learned from the Tulfos) telling me (who is ignorant of the law) that it was out of goodness on their part why they would just come back the coming Monday (so that I would not spend time in jail on Saturday and Sunday) to serve the warrant of arrest.

This incident shows the superfluity of sending Four CAUAYAN CITY Policemen to travel over 500 kilometers at Huge Government Expense to serve a simple warrant of arrest which the local police force could have just done, at very much lower Government expense.


THIRD TULFO Power: TULFO SATANIC Power Reaches Even the REMOTEST BARANGAY Level

When I was able to get a certification from the Barangay Captain of San Fermin, Cauayn City that Raffy Tulfo is not a resident of the area, the tentacles of the Tulfos in the country’s remotest barangay confronted the secretary of Barangay San Fermin who, out of fear of the Tulfo agents in her barrio, executed an affidavit saying that “we searched the list of residents of Purok No. 3 and, indeed, Raffy Tulfo is a bona fide resident thereof.” (As proof that Raffy Tulfo is not a resident of the place, the Cauayan City postman tried thrice to deliver legal papers---required by the courts for my lawyer to give him copies--- to Raffy Tulfo in the named address. The postman failed to locate Raffy Tulfo in the named address, even after three attempts).

I am announcing here that I am going to donate MY ONE WHOLE MONTH SALARY to anyone who can deliver to me a notarized photocopy of the page (of an official Census taken by the government) listing the name of Raffy Tulfo and his neighbors in 135 National Highway, Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City, Province of ISABELA.

I was told by a saintly old priest that when Satan ensnares people, he utilizes his agents walking on earth, in this case Raffy TULFO making liars out of his Cauayan City lawyer and a minor barrio official in Far Away Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City, ISABELA, who was intimidated to execute an affidavit that Raffy Tulfo is a resident in a barrio in ISABELA...



Fourth TULFO Power: Power Over the JUDICIARY


I will not mention here any longer why despite our efforts with the Cauayan City Prosecutor and the Department of Justice (in Manila ) to have the case tried in any court in Metro Manila, where both the complainant and the accused reside, failed.

I will relate here, instead, how Satanic Tulfo BULLIED the Judiciary in ISABELA to REFILE en toto a CASE ALREADY DISMISSED!!!

In June 2005, after a series of hearings in Cauayan City , the Judge dismissed the case for lack of jurisdiction.

In July 2005, the very SAME documents (of the DISMISSED case), CONTAINED in the court’s folders/files, were transferred to a new folder/file and a NEW CASE of libel was filed by the SAME Cauayan City Prosecutor in the SAME SALA of the SAME ISABELA JUDGE who dismissed the refiled case.

Sometime in late November 2005, when I went home to get clothes as I was attending 24 hours to my wife who was confined for over a month bed-ridden in a hospital, four Quezon City policeman were waiting for me at the house gate to arrest me for a libel case filed in Cauayan City ISABELA. When I showed the arresting policeman the order of the ISABELA Judge dismissing the case. I was surprised to see that Judge Henedino Eduarte, who dismissed the case in June 2005, is the SAME judge who signed the new warrant for my arrest!!!

On March 30, 2006 when I appeared at the Court in Cauayan City for the hearing on the new libel case, Judge Eduarte asked me in open court “Is this not the same case I dismissed just a few months ago?” to which I answered in impeccable court English “Yes, your Honor!”

It is relevant to mention here that the ONLY TIME I was made AWARE that a NEW CASE was FILED against me was when I was being ARRESTED AT HOME in November 2005 by the FOUR QUEZON CITY POLICEMAN.

When I went to Cauayan City for the March 30, 2006 hearing, I asked the clerks at the Regional Trial Court why I was informed about the new case only when I was being arrested in November 2005, not one of them could answer my questions.

This Successful ReFiling, in July 2005, of the SAME CASE by the SAME CITY PROSECUTOR in the SAME SALA of the SAME JUDGE who DISMESSED the case in June 2005 could be ACCOMPLISHED ONLY through the MACHINATIONS of SATAN’S sons and his agents WALKING the STREETS of the PHILIPPINE ISLANDS, specifically in Cauayan City, ISABELA.


There you are, “FAMOUS 43” how you would be BULLIED and how you would SUFFER if One of SATAN’S sons, the TULFO Brothers (and not the First Gentleman) Sued you for LIBEL!!!

In connection with your “contest” on the answer to the question “What did Eggie tell Letty that made her laugh?” which appeared on page B4 of the November 19, 2006 issue of your paper with a photo of the two ladies with Letty laughing. Under the photo is a write up stating that “TIME Magazine recently honored Letty Jimenez-Magsanoc, Inquirer’s editor-in-chief and Eugenia “Eggie” Apostol, founding chairperson, as two of Asia ’s heroes over the last 60 years.. The magazine cited Apostol and Magsanoc for standing up against a dictatorship and launching the Inquirer with its unflinching brand of journalism”

My entry is as follows:

“Did RAMON TULFO tickle you RIGHT why he CONTINUES SPREADING LIES to the FILIPINOS through Inquirer despite being CAUGHT EXTORTING?”


The reason for my entry:

Sometime in September 2006, the National Bureau of Investigation sued the TULFO Brothers (Ramon, Raffy and Erwin) for MASSIVE ROBBERY and EXTORTION at the Bureau of Customs. The Brothers’ agent and runner at Customs, JIMMY SALGADO, confessed to the NBI and gave the names of Customs officials from whom he collected (in behalf of the TULFO Brothers) monthly over P600,000.00 protection money, meaning these Customs officials will be spared from being attacked in the columns and radio and TV programs of the TULFO Brothers for as long as they remit the monthly amounts.

Despite their long reputation as Extortionists and this much publicized MASSIVE EXTORTION as CONFIRMATION of their LONG-TERM REPUTATION AS EXTORTIONISTS, these Most Famous Extortionists TULFO Brothers in Philippine Media ARE STILL VERY ACTIVE IN PHILIPPINE TRI-MEDIA.

This behavior of Philippine Media validates the descriptions in my books “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media” written in 2004 and expanded in 2005 with a new title “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO” about the Leaders of Philippine Media being SCARED and AFRAID of the TULFO Brothers.

In fact, in the first few pages of my book (page 5) on the KISSING of RAMON TULFO’S ASS, the following are written:

“It was a puzzle at first, at least to the author, why media owners like the Prietos and Macasaets, who certainly know that newspapers should not be vehicles to propagate lies to malign people, continue to keep the Tulfos in their papers, even “promote” them as when Ramon Tulfo was the only Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist given space in the paper’s sister publication, Bandera. The puzzle reached a point as to make the author attach a separate note to one of his many letters to Inquirer Editor-in-Chief Letty Jimenez-Magsanoc, the note saying that Ramon Tulfo is not being fired from the Inquirer because the owners and management fear him, or that Ramon Tulfo shares his loot with some top Inquirer people, or that Ramon Tulfo is commercially profitable to Inquirer in terms of increased circulation.

The author for a long time was not convinced that the three reasons were strong enough for the Inquirer owners to allow Ramon Tulfo to continuously feed with lies the thousands and thousands of Philippine readers until a person high in the business organization of the Prietos sent the author a text message saying “the Prietos USE Tulfo.” Applying Ockham’s Razor, the author was enlightened. That “the Prietos USE Tulfo” is the most simple and easy to understand explanation, therefore true. Tulfo is used in the same way, as romanticized in fiction, a hardened “maximum security” criminal is temporarily released from prison, pampered, asked to kill someone, then kill that someone, then returned to prison. Clean job. Perfect alibi. How can someone incarcerated in maximum security perpetrate a crime?”

Because Ramon Tulfo is still allowed (despite his many proven lies and having been charged by the country’s highest investigative Bureau, the National Bureau of Investigation, with extortion) to ply his trade of lying, intimidating and extorting through the abuse of his media power as columnist of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, it is a wonder how Inquirer founding chairman Eugenia Duran Apostol and Editor-in-Chief Letty Jimenez-Magsanoc could be considered among Asia’s heroes.

Letty is laughing in the photo. But the one who is laughing most loudly is Ramon Tulfo because he was (and still is) able to fool, for many years, the two so-called Asia’s heroes (and all the officers of the Inquirer Organization). They are not heroes at all because in reality they are as low as Ramon Tulfo, allowing the Philippine Daily Inquirer to be used to LIE to the Filipino people for INTIMIDATION and EXTORTION and for LOVE of MONEY.

In short, by coddling Ramon Tulfo as a prized columnist, Philippine Daily Inquirer is saying:

Among the Sworn Statements sent on September 7, 2006 to the Department of Justice by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in NBI’s suit for five counts of ROBBERY and EXTORTION against Ramon TULFO, Raffy TULFO, Erwin TULFO and JIMMY SALGADO is one submitted on August 14, 2006 by a CUSTOMS POLICE assigned at the Customs Port of Manila.

The Sworn Statement was executed before NBI Agents Dickson D. Maraneg and Julio T. Catigan Jr. of the Special Task Force Office at the NBI Headquarters, Taft Avenue , Manila . It was Subscribed and Sworn to before Atty. Reynaldo O. Esmeralda, NBI Regional Director. .

QUESTION NUMBER EIGHT: Bakit alam mo na pera ang dala ni (name of boss) na nakalagay sa brown envelope? (Why do you know that the contents of the brown envelope your boss brought are cash money?).

ANSWER: Dahil sinabi na ibibigay niya ang pera na nakalagay sa isang brown envelope at nakita ko rin na pera ang laman ng nasabing enevelope ng ito ay mabuksan ni (name of boss). My boss told me that he had already spoken with RAMON TULFO over the phone.).

A Gigantic FRAUD on the People!!!

SUPREME COURT VALIDATES My BOOK!!!

(Or a Call to Campaign for TRUTH in MASS MEDIA and MALACANANG!!!)


The Supreme Court’s decision declaring the “People’s Initiative” to Revise or Amend the Constitution a “Deception” and a “Gigantic Fraud on the People” VALIDATES the CENTRAL MESSAGE of my second book

“The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS
the ASS of RAMON TULFO”!!!

VALIDATED are the MOST IMPORTANT STATEMENTS in the book:

FIRST Statement: “What more picturesque sight to demonstrate this power of Satan over Philippine society than the spectacle of the President and Her Men Kissing the Ass of Ramon Tulfo, the Super, Super Liar son of Satan?” (p. viii, Preface of the book, written over a year ago, on February 1, 2005).

SECOND Statement: VALIDATED also is the FIRST SENTENCE of the Foreword of the first or original version of my book written over two years ago, on March 19, 2004. The sentence summarized the contents of the book:

“This book is about PHILOSOPHICAL and THEOLOGICAL
EHICS and MORALS, not a hodgepodge of gossips it appears at first glance to be. It is about the EVIL LYING.


To demonstrate the EVIL LYING that Pervades Philippine MEDIA and the Present PHILIPPINE SOCIETY, this phrase is found in one of the most important pages of the book:

“……the President was driven to ADULTERY because the First Gentleman has a SMALL PENIS.”

(I want to IMMEDIATELY INFORM the READERS HERE and NOW that when the FIRST GENTLEMAN read for the first time the phrase above, the AUTHOR was in front of the First Gentleman in FG’s office in Makati City . The author feared FG might become violent and get physical. The author was greatly relieved when the First Gentleman not only did not take offense but even JOKED about it!!! He growled: Anong Maliit!!! Malaki nga eh!!!----What teeny weeny? Au contraire, it is huge!!!)

The full text in which the above phrase is a part runs like this:

“Since Ramon Tulfo is truly a son of Satan by his many many propagated lies, I speculate that had the occasion arisen, and with the proper incentive, Tulfo is capable of INVENTING THE LIE to propagate to the whole country through the Philippine Daily Inquirer and its sister publication Bandera, that the President was driven to ADULTERY because the First Gentleman has a SMALL PENIS!”


Why Did I write the above paragraph? Is it to DISHONOR and RIDICULE the President and the First Gentleman?

NO! NO! NO! a Thousand No’s!!!

I wrote the paragraph that contained the phrase on the Presidential ADULTERY and SMALL PENIS of the First Gentleman

“……to convert non-believers to the fact that SATAN EXISTS, that Satan, as God said in the Bible, is the Father of Liars.”

NOW, what more picturesque sight to demonstrate the EXISTENCE of SATAN and this power of Satan over Philippine Society than the spectacle of the President and Her Men Kissing the Ass of Super, Super Liar Ramon Tulfo?

Several chapters of the book describe the LIES, intimidations and extortions of the TULFO Brothers, specially Ramon and Raffy Tulfo. The TULFO Brothers used their newspaper columns and radio and TV programs as vehicles to PROPAGATE LIES to the Filipino People. Because of the many lies propagated to the Filipino People by the TULFO Brothers, the author called the TULFO Brothers sons of Satan. The Bible, or the Word of God, calls Satan the Father of Liars.

The fact that Malacanang and the First Couple honor, even lionize (instead of condemn his lies; the books were written before the First Gentleman sued the TULFO Brothers for libel) Ramon Tulfo is the basis of the author changing the title of the original version of his book, from “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media” to “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.”

NOW, why do I want to tell the FILIPINO PEOPLE that SATAN EXISTS?

It is to tell the FILIPINOS that the Many, Many LIES propagated through the MEDIA and those emanating from MALACANANG and the Leaders of the Nation such as

***Those surrounding the “Hello Garci” tapes and the unexplained long disappearances of Commissioner on Elections Commissioner Virgilio Garcillano,

***The non-release of the “Mayuga Report,” a result of an investigation conducted by the military on the reported military officers involved in a plan to cheat in the May 2004 elections, as revealed in the “Hello Garci” tapes,

***The P728 Million Fertilizer Fund Scam and the Flight to U.S.A, of former Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Jocelyn Bolante and his frantic efforts to seek asylum in U. S. A. ,

***The “Venable Contract,” a P50.0 million a year contract with a U.S.A. lobbying firm to seek support in U.S.A. for, among others, the planned Change of the Philippine Constitution (whose terms of the contract and the private donors to fund the contract were kept secret from the Filipino People), among others,

are works NOT of ORDINARY Criminals but of EVIL People under the Guidance, Rule
and Control of Satan!!!


On April 3, 2006, I wrote Catholic Bishops Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) President Archbishop Angel N. Lagdameo asking him to LAUNCH and LEAD a Nationwide Campaign for TRUTH in MEDIA and in MALACANANG. I conveyed in that letter my strong belief that the NUMEROUS LIES to which the Filipino People are NOW BEING FORCED to SUFFER are NOT THE WORKS OF ORDINARY CRIMINALS.

To lend support for my belief that the MANY LIES that have descended upon the FILIPINO PEOPLEE are of Satanic origin, I started my letter quoting, in Latin, Chapter 6, verse 12 of the Letter to the Ephesians:

“Quoniam non est nobis colluctatio adversus carnem et sanguinem; sed adversus principes at potestates, adversus mundi rectores tenebrarum harum, contra spitirtualia nequitiae in coelestibus.” (for we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places).

To fully understand what the Supreme Court wanted to convey to the Filipino People when it described the “People’s Initiative” as campaigned by its leaders as a “Gigantic Fraud on the People,” I consulted both the Dictionary and Thesaurus.

The Dictionary says that “deception” is derived from the word “deceive.”

“Deceive” carries the meaning of “to trick,” “to mislead,” “to ensnare,” “to be false to,” “to cheat,” “to cause to accept as true or valid what is false or invalid.”

The Dictionary meanings can be summarized by the word “TO LIE” the only evil that God described as “Satanic.” God did not say Satan is the Father of Murderers, Fornicators, Adulterers, and other sexual aberrations, or other evil deeds although it can be said that ALL CRIMES are ASSOCIATED with “LYING” one way or another.

The Thesaurus associates “deception” with many words but all of them can be categorized under the heading LYING.

Thus, “Deception” is associated with falseness, trickery, victimization, dupery, falseness, swindling, snarement, entrapment, misleading, chicanery, fraudulence, hoax, take for a sucker, hoodwink, fooling, deceifulness, treacherousness, cunning, hocus-pocus, dirty tick, cheating, double-cross defraud, gyp, two-faced, false hearted, etc.


And What are these “DECEPTION” and “GIGANTIC FRAUD on the PEOPLE” perpetrated by the leaders of the so-called “People’s Initiative?”

ANSWER: The Whole “People’s Initiative” Process and Campaign as implemented by its leaders.

The leaders of the so-called “People’s Initiative” deceived their thousands of supporters workers to campaign and to gather 6,300,000 signatures TO FINALLY DECEIVE the ENTIRE NATION.

The leader failed (most probably deliberately) to inform the great majority of those whose signatures they were able to gather (even the gathering and the verification of the 6,300,000 signatures is highly questionable) about their proposals for the Charter Change.

The Supreme Court decision summarized the “People’s Initiative” as implemented by their leaders thus: an initiative that gathers signatures from the people without first showing to the people the full text of the proposed amendments is most likely a deception, and can operate as a gigantic fraud on the people.

SAMPLES of Constitutional Changes Proposed by the “People’s Initiative” leaders NOT KNOWN by the Majority of the 6,300,000 Filipinos whose signatures were gathered include the following:

***That members of the proposed Parliament can be reelected many times over or indefinitely unlike the present set up in Congress where elected Senators and Representatives are limited to three terms only.

***That members of the Interim Parliament (the present members of both Houses of Congress) will be replaced only after a new election to change themselves is held. But the body that will decide as to when this election will be held is the Interim Parliament itself. Therefore, the members of the Interim Parliament can postpone the election indefinitely. THEREFORE, THEY CAN EXTEND THEIR BEING MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT INDEFINITELY.

***That within 45 days from the ratification of the “People’s Initiative,” the Interim Parliament shall convene to propose further amendments or revisions of the Constitution.

***That if the Interim Parliament does not schedule any election after June 30, 2010, the Senators who are members of the Interim Parliament will cease to be members. AFTER JUNE 30, 2010, therefore, ONLY the FORMER MEMBERS of the HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES WILL REMAIN MEMBERS of the INTERIM PARLIAMENT!!!

The Supreme Court further describes the “People’s Initiative” as a “deception” and a “gigantic fraud upon the people” when it said: “Thus, the present initiative appears merely a preliminary step for further amendments or revisions to be undertaken by the Interim Parliament as a constituent assembly. The people who signed the signature sheets could not have known that their signatures would be used to propose an amendment mandating the Interim Parliament to propose further amendments or revisions to the Constitution.”


PROMISING “HEAVEN on EARTH” the Supreme Court did not include in the “Gigantic Fraud on the People.”

Because the Supreme Court have great faith in the maturity of the people to determine for themselves whether to believe or not the politicians’ promises of heaven or paradise on earth should the people approve the Charter Change on the basis of the “People’s Initiative,” the Supreme Court did not include the following in the “Deception.”

***That the Charter Reform will propel the nation to the 21st Century (whatever that means because with or without the Charter reform, the 21st will go on and on till the 22nd century) because it will reform our destructive political system and provide a framework for sustained economic development.

***That the Charter Change “will remove the gridlock between the executive and legislative branches of government to accelerate the pace of development to benefit local government units and their constituencies.

***That the Charter Change will be a change to a modern political bullet train that will speed us inexorably to progress and competitiveness in the global millennium. (This last one is full of nice words gratuitously offered and therefore can also be gratuitously denied).


WHERE DID ALL THE MONEY COME FROM?

Despite the fact that the Campaign entailed huge amounts of money, and therefore proofs of expenditures and their sources could easily be made known to the people, the Filipino People are kept in the dark as to who are shouldering the bulk of the expenses. Is it really “People’s Initiative?”



LIES and DECEPTIONS in GATHERING and VERIFYING 6,300,000 SIGNATURES

Reports have been aired by many people about the LIES and DECEPTIONS in GATHERING 6,300,000 signatures. While gathering millions of signature is relatively an easy task, it is still very susceptible to LIES, CHEATING and FABRICATIONS.

True enough, claims of fabrications were aired. Others say some signatures were counted twice.

But almost impossible to believe as being true is the claim that the signatures were verified. Verifying signatures whose specimens are scattered in thousands of different places is an extremely tedious drudgery, a logistical nightmare!!!

Those who have experienced going to banks to encash checks (where signatures of the issuer of the checks must be verified) experienced a few minutes delay in the processing of their claims for cash. The signatures on the checks have to be compared with signature specimens in the files of the banks. While the banks have streamlined the procedure, the procedure still takes a few minutes to accomplish.

In the case of the signatures gathered in the “Private Initiative,” the task of verifying would be less difficult if the signatures in each sheets are the signatures of voters all voting in one and the same precinct.

For a campaign as huge as the “People’s Initiative” it is inevitable that most of the sheets contained signatures of voters voting in different precincts. Just to determine the voters’ precincts is already a gigantic job. Going over the names and signatures in the voluminous voters lists in the different precincts to compare them with what appear in the signature sheets is a horrendously gigantic task.

If in the GATHERING of the 6,300,000 signatures, which is relatively easy, is attendant with FRAUD and DECEPTION like FABRICATION and DOUBLE COUNTING, it is most probable, therefore that the VERIFICATION of the signatures, which is a HORRENDOUSLY MOST DIFFICULT TASK, must NOT HAVE BEEN DONE in over 80%, even over 90%, of the signature sheets!!!


“PRIVATE INITIATIVE?” !


The leaders pushing Charter Change through the “6,300,000” signatures campaign do not hide the fact that they SPIT ON THE FACE OF THE FILIPINOS when they declare the movement is “Private” or “People’s” initiative.

Why so?.

First, they proudly proclaim that President Arroyo and Malacanang not only admitted but is proud to announce the President/Malacanang gave P10.0 million to support the movement.

Second, excerpts of speeches of Speaker of the House Jose de Venecia exhorting the people to sign their assent in the campaign are propagated to the people in full-page paid advertisements. The Speaker strongly exhorts the People to support the Movement, otherwise the Philippines will be left behind in the economic race by its neighbors who used to be behind, economically, the Philippines .

Third, the movers’ organization’s name itself, ULAP or Union of Local Authorities of the Philippines whose members are the governors, city mayors, municipal mayors and barangays, clearly proclaims the “government” nature of the prime movers and leaders of the campaign. It is therefore neither “private” nor “people.”

Fourth, despite the huge expenses incurred in the movement, and therefore proofs of its origin are very easy to produce, the leaders have not come out with an accounting of their sources of funds and expenditures.

Truly, to call the Initiative “People’s” or “Private” is itself a DECEPTION and a GIGANTIC FRAUD ON THE PEOPLE.

As one who calls himself “hvrds” keenly and astutely observes: “The utter gall to pass this off as the people’s initiative is truly amazing. ….it shows a deep seated belief system with the power holders that they know and believe that in a weak state you can institutionalize deception and call it democracy.

This is truly a super case study of a massive crime being committed in full view of everyone!!!”

My young daughter’s remark summarizes it all “Papa, do you think the leaders of the Private Initiative believe what they are saying?

Or are they LIARS SONS of SATAN like Ramon TULFO lying to ALL the Filipino People?”
