The Philippine Daily Inquirer Owners, Management and Editors and Staff should HONOR its FOUNDER, Ms. EUGENIA DURAN-APOSTOL, by FIRING its most famous columnist son of Satan RAMON TULFO.
“EUGENIA DURAN-APOSTOL, founding chair of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, yesterday won the Ramon Magsaysay Award, Asia’s version of the Nobel Prize for ‘her courageous example in placing the truth-telling press at the center of the struggle for democratic rights and better government in the Philippines” goes the Inquirer front page story announcing the honors its founding chair won.
The writings of Inquirer’s Star Columnist Son of Satan Ramon Tulfo goes exactly the OPPOSITE of the Magsaysay Award CITATION.
Where the award is for TRUTH, Tulfo’s writings are full of LIES, even RECYCLED or REPEATED LIES.
Where the award is for the STRUGGLE for DEMOCRATIC RIGHTS and BETTER GOVERNMENT, Tulfo’s writings are for the PROMOTION of LIARS, CHEATERS and SMUGGLERS and the ABUSERS of POWER among the holders of HIGH Government Powers.
(PROOF that MALACANANG USES TULFO TO SPREAD LIES TO THE FILIPINO PEOPLE is that very recently, the President used Tulfo to propagate the lie that ABS-CBN TV Anchor JULIUS BABAO helped raised P200,000 to post bail for a man wanted by the Government. ABS-CBN had to purchase about P500,000.00 advertising space from the Inquirer and another paper just to straighten out this one lie. TRULY, to TELL THE TRUTH about even only ONE LIE PROPAGATED by RAMON TULFO is VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE.)
The PRESENCE of TULFO in the paper that Magsaysay Awardee Duran founded MACULATES (opposite of “IMMACULATE” one of the most famous attributes of Our Blessed Mother Virgin Mary) the Inquirer and makes uneasy the majority of the professional journalists working with the Inquirer who labored hard to raise the paper to the premier position it now occupies in the industry and who continuously adhere to the highest ethical standards of the profession, especially media’s the duty to tell the truth to its readers, the Filipino People.
The following are only a FEW of the PROVEN LIES of Ramon Tulfo propagated through the pages of the Philippine Daily Inquirer:
LIES AGAINST PANFILO LACSON and HIS WIFE--- that Panfilo Lacson is a MURDERER because he engineered the death of the first husband of his present wife so he could marry her. He publicly branded the now Mrs. Lacson an :ADULTERESS, an act no gentleman would do to a respectable woman and a non-acquaintance or a total stranger. Even Christ was known to defend a woman accused of being a whore..
LIES AGAINST the late RAUL ROCO and HIS WIFE---that RAUL ROCO is a HABITUAL WIFE BEATER. This lie proves Ramon Tulfo to be both LAZY and BOBO in INVENTING LIES he propagated through the pages of the Inquirer. Tulfo propagated, during the 2004 Presidential Election Campaign period, that Raul Roco was a habitual wife beater. He wrote that in 2002 SONIA ROCO, because she could no longer bear the beatings she got from Raul, fled to Baguio City , checked in a hotel. The HOTEL COLLAPSED. Those who rescued her thought that the bruises she got were from the hotel’s debris. “Wrong” Tulfo lied to all Filipinos for the benefit of then incumbent President Arroyo running for President. Tulfo pontificated that. “The bruises, welts and wounds were from the continuous beatings she got from cruel husband Raul who should not be elected President of the Philippines !”
LIES AGAINST the late FERNANDO POE JR. and HIS PENIS, also 2004 Presidential Election Candidate---that FPJ is not only a CRUEL MAN WHO BRUTALLY MANHANDLES his SUBORDINATES but also has a SMALL PENIS who URINATED on the FACE of a NEWSPAPER COLUMNIST. Here, Tulfo lied twice about FPJ’s penis, its size and its proper use.
Ramon Tulfo, seeing that GMA, his patron then and now “was overwhelmed by FPJ’s popularity,” urged the Filipino voters to “iboto na po n’yo kahit sino na may alam huwag lang si FPJ” because “hindi mataas ang educasyon ni FPJ, siya’y isang high school drop out” and “kapag siya’y nalalasing, nawawala siya sa sarili at nanununtok kahit kaibigan” (Vote for anyone who has some intellect, not AFPJ because FPJ lacks high education, he is a high school drop out and when he gets drunk he forgets himself and mauls even his friends.)
Tulfo continued to malign and vilify FPJ even while FPJ was COMATOSE at St. Luke’s Hospital. That is Satan’s son on the pages of the Philippine Daily Inquirer!!!!!!!
TULFO USED HIS COLUMN TO INTIMIDATE FOR EXTORTION. HE USES HIS COLUMN AGAINST THOSE WHO GO AGAINST HIS PATRONS OR BROTHERS (RAFFY AND ERWIN)
Tulfo used his Inquirer column to propagate lies against former Customs and BIR Commissioner GUILLERMO L. PARAYNO JR. and then sends his emissary to EXTORT P500,000.00
Tulfo used his Inquirer column to malign and print many lies against Customs Official Atty. LOURDES MANGAOANG and even called her a “snake” because Mangaoang filed case of smuggling prohibited chemicals for the manufacture of “SHABU” against Big Zamboanga Businessman Le Peng Wee, Tulfo’s patron.
Tulfo used his Inquirer column to malign another Customs official Atty. CARLOS SO. Carlos So filed libel charges against Tulfo Brothers Raffy and Erwin. The courts convicted the two brothers with the crime of libel.
The instances cited above are only a few of the probably HUNDREDS of LIES MALIGNING NUMEROUS PEOPLE SPREAD by RAMON TULFO through the pages of the Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Several years back, I wrote Inquirer Editor-in-Chief Letty Jimenez Magsanoc telling her that probably Tulfo is kept (like a mistress, not because I call Ramon Tulfo BAKLA) at Inquirerr for three reasons: the owners and management fear him, he shares his loot with some top Inquirer people, and that Tulfo is commercially profitable to Inquirer in terms of wider circulation.
On page 5 of my book, “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO” I have this entry.
“The author for a long time was NOT CONVINCED that the three reasons were strong enough for the Inquirer owners to allow Ramon Tulfo to continuously feed with lies the thousands and thousands of Philippine readers of Inquirer. Until a person high in the business organization of the Prietos sent the author a text message saying “the Prietos USE Tulfo.” Applying Ockham’s Razor, the author was enlightened. That “the Prietos USE Tulfo” is the most simple and easy to understand explanation, therefore true. Tulfo is used in the same way, as romanticized in fiction, a hardened “maximum security” criminal is temporarily released from prison, pampered, asked to kill someone, then kill that someone, then returned to prison. Clean job. Perfect alibi”
RAMON TULFO, because of his LIES, INTIMIDATIONS and EXTORTION has NO PLACE in any Sector of Respectable Philippine Society.
The Owners, Management and Editors & Staff of the Philippine Daily Inquirer whose Founder EUGENIA DURAN APOSTOL is a recipient of the very prestigious MAGSAYSAY AWARD for “placing the TRUTH-TELLING PRESS at the center of the struggle for democratic rights and better government in the Philippines” should do no less than the body that bestowed the MAGSAYSAY AWARD by HONORING the paper’s FOUNDER by FIRING or REMOVING RAMON TULFO WHO REPEATEDLY USES the PAPER to SPREAD LIES for HIS PERSONAL GAIN and THOSE of HIS BROTHERS and PATRONS.
(I will not rest in my campaign against Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media, even if the Owners, Management and Editors continue to be blind to the Lies of Ramon Tulfo, even if the Tulfo Brothers SUE ME for LIBEL MANY TIMES as they have successfully done in FAR AWAY ISABELA and have threatened to SUE ME IN FAR AWAY MINDANAO and other REMOTE PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.
The FOUR TULFO BROTHERS HAVE ALL THE MEDIA POWER OF ALMOST ALL THE TRI-MEDIA ORGANIZATIONS in which they are connected in the Philippines . Not content with this media power which they habitually abuse, they use their POLITICAL and POWER with the JUDICIARY in FAR AWAY ISABELA (where Raffy Tulfo’s wife is related to powerful politicians in the area) as the venue for the LIBEL case they filed against me.
To impress upon the author their VERY STRONG POWER over the Courts in ISABELA, they were able to INFLUENCE (or INTIMIDATE?) the Judge (who DISMISSED the case against me in June 2005) to ACCEPT the DSMISSED Case as a NEW CASE!!!. The Judge who DISMISSED the CASE in June 2005 is the SAME JUDGE who accepted the RECYCLED Case in July 2005 and who ISSUED in October 2005 the WARRANT for my ARREST!!!. When I attended in FAR AWAY ISABELA the hearing on the RECYCLED CASE last March 2006, the Judge asked me “is this not the CASE I DISMISSED a FEW MONTHS BACK!!!!?” To which I answered “YES, Your HONOR!”)
The TULFO BROTHERS threatened the BIGGEST Book Store in Makati City with lawsuits IF IT DOES NOT STOP SELLING MY BOOK. Even the UNIVERSITY of the PHILIPPINES is SCARED to SELL my Book in its DILIMAN CAMPUS!!! Recently, a small book outlet catering to a special interest group returned the books to me because someone who refused to be identified “threatened” the store keeper and the store with harm if it continues displaying the books for sale!!! .
