I know you have the best of intentions for me when you strongly suggested that I should STOP my CAMPAIGN against LIARS and EXTORTIONISTS in Philippine Tri-MEDIA (print, radio and TV).
Like a dotting mother which soon you will be, you warned me that my obsession to Campaign Against Liars in Media might harm me physically, mentally and psychologically.
You strongly recommend I should PRAY for the TULFOS.
You asked me why I HATE the Tulfos and why I am very ANGRY with them, something very obvious, you said, in the many writings I spread through the Internet, of which you are among the recent recipients.
This I tell you:
in ALL HONESTY: I do not HATE the TULFOS!!!. I am not ANGRY with them!!!
Just as there is NO Hatred or Anger in my heart when I say “a TRIANGLE is a geometric figure with THREE SIDES,” or that “MOST CHILDREN LOVE to eat ICE CREAM” or that the “SUN RISES in the EAST”, there is NO HATRED or ANGER in my heart when I say that Ramon and Raffy Tulfo are

Super, Super LIARS
INTIMIDATORS
EXTORTIONISTS
Or that the Tulfos POISON the MINDS of Hundreds of Thousands of Filipino readers with the LIES they spread through their Philippine Daily Inquirer or Abante TONITE columns and the Lies and Invectives they utter over radio and TV.
Or when I describe Raffy Tulfo as SINUNGLING Na, BOBO Pa (Raffy Tulfo is not only a Liar, he is also Super Stupid). In other instances, I describe him as “evil liar,” “first class liar,” “brain dead,” even “Satanic.”
Or when I describe Ramon Tulfo’s Philippine Daily Inquirer columns and Raffy Tulfo’s Abante TONITE columns as “repeated lies and plain stupidity.”
Or when I EMPHASIZED their Stupidity when I wrote
“The Tulfo Brothers, because they are not intelligent, are in no position to use sophistry in their lies. They are very crude. They just invent lies. They resort to guns and firepower and call everybody HINAYUPAK, GAGO, UGOK, BOBO and the like to assert their superiority over all Filipinos and to hide their lack of intellect.”
I also described the Tulfos, for poisoning the thousands and thousands of Filipino readers of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, and Abanate TONITE as
seventy-seven times seven MORE ABOMINABLE
than LEO ECHEGARAY committing INCESTUOUS RAPE, forcing his penis and emitting his semen into the unwilling vagina of a minor relative for which the STATE PUT HIM to DEATH.”
I have no HATRED or ANGER when I describe the
Tulfo WIVES, Tulfo BROTHERS and a Tulfo SON as a FAMILY engaged in EXTORTION. (See? I did not even precede the word “FAMILY” with the adjective “Shameless” or other pejorative adjective to describe the Tulfo FAMILY!!!)
I am writing these descriptions of the TULFOS with the SAME FEELINGS as when I write

that is, without HATRED or ANGER.
My descriptions of the TULFOS are TRUE.
That is why when Senator Rene Saguisag, when I ran to him for help and support (which he readily gave) and told him that the TULFOS sued me for libel in FAR AWAY ISABELA (over 500 kilometers away from Metro Manila, ten hour travel by bus), asked me what would be my line of my defense, I told him I would just tell the truth.
Yes, Grace, there is no HATRED or ANGER when I say the sun rises in the east or that Ramon and Raffy Tulfo are not only Super, Super Liars, but also Super, Super Bobos.
Enough for now. I will explain to you later why it would not be psychologically healthy for me to follow your very strong recommendation that I should PRAY for the TULFOS. I am sure that you would agree with my reasoning (to which God also would agree) that it is best I (personally) remove prayers (like going to Baclaran on Wednesdays and to Quiapo on Fridays, to walk from the back of the church to the altar in a kneeling position and to light candles) on my part as part of my weapons against Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media, particularly the Tulfo Brothers. I am not saying that “prayers” have no power. I am just saying that I am not psychologically prepared and that it would be hypocritical on my part (and God would surely see through it) if I tell you, yes, I would pray (e.g. Baclaran, Quiapo style) for them.
I include in my everyday, even every hour, even every minute, prayers for the physical and spiritual health and growth of the miracle you would be bringing forth on earth a few months from now.

The DEATH ANNIVERSARY of Philippine Movie King Presidential Candidate FERNANDO POE JR. celebrated in mid-December brought to my mind the writings of Ramon Tulfo against FPJ not only during the 2004 Presidential Campaign period but also afterwards.
It was understandable that Ramon TULFO Spread LIES against FPJ during the Election Campaign Period. He was directed to do so by his Malacanang Patrons.
But for TULFO to Continuously MALIGN FPJ LONG AFTER the Elections were over, and when FPJ was on the BRINK of death and when he finally DIED , he must have a truly EVIL HEART and BLACK SOUL!!!
Ramon Tulfo, despite avowals by his fanatic admirers and by himself as being spiritually transformed, remains, to ME at least,
not only a Super, Super Liar son of Satan but also an Evil Media Man with a Very, Very BLACK heart.
The reason I wrote the books against Evil Media Men is I want to make sure that what Shakespeare wrote against people like Ramon Tulfo, REY LANGIT and other Prominent Philippine Media Professionals and Executives who project themselves as Anti-Corrupt People and HEROES of the Down Trodden when actually they are Liars, Intimidators and EXTORTIONISTS, is fulfilled:
“The evil that men do lives after them.”
RAMON TULFO is TRULY EVIL because whereas there is an admonition that when we talk about the dead, we should talk only about their good deeds and not their evil ways, he CONTINUOUSLY Maligned FERNANDO POE JR., through his Philippine Daily Inquirer columns, when FPJ was RUSHED COMATOSE to St. Luke’s.
His EVIL nature BECAME MORE PRONOUNCED when FPJ was finally DECLARED DEAD by the hospital management.
TULFO truly has a VERY, VERY BLACK HEART because he did not stop MALIGNING, in his Philippine Daily Inquirer columns FPJ even on the day he died and the following days afterwards.
TULFO ACCUSED the St. Luke doctors as LIARS by saying that these doctors announced December 14 as the death day of FPJ because the doctors were aftraid that FPJ’s fans, whom Tulfo described as “STUPID MORONS,” “UNEDUCATED,” “IRRATIONAL,” AND “ILLITERATE” might break into a riotous pandemonium should the doctors announce that FPJ died on the 13th of the month. By this, TULFO ACCUSED both his fans and the doctors as SUPERSTITIOUS MORONS for believing that 13 is an unlucky number.
Why did Tulfo continuously maligned FPJ “directly” and “indirectly” by declaring his thousands and thousands of fans who flocked to St. Luke’s surroundings to keep vigil and to pray for their idol as “STUPID MORONS,” “UNEDUCATED,” “IRRATIONAL,” and “UNEDUCATED,” and his doctors as LIARS by giving in to SUPERSTITION?” Did Tulfo know that Senator Rene Saguisag, in order to express his prayerful admiration for FPJ, skipped sleep just so he could participate in the early dawn, matutinal several kilometers walk for FPJ’s interment? Is Saguisag “STUPID MORON ,” “UNEDUCATED,” “IRRATIONAL” and “ILLITERATE.”
I think these pejorative adjectives describe more the Owners, Publisher, Editor-in-Chief and other controlling officers of the Philippine Daily Inquirer who INSIST and KEEP on MAINTAINING RamonTulfo as a Prized, Star Columnist of Philippine Daily Inquirer despite his Many STUPID LIES and EXTORTION!!!!
Was he commanded by his MALACANANG HANDLERS that he coninuously MALIGN the DEFEATED Presidential Candidate, even when FPJ was obviously dying, and EVEN WHEN HE WAS AREADY DEAD?

LIES of GMA et Alii COST the Filipino People HUGE MONEY!!!
The LIES of the PRESIDENT and Her Men, How MUCH do They COST the Filipino People?
The following are indicators of the COST of Lie:
1. ABS-CBN had to spend over P500,000.00 to tell the truth about ONLY ONE LIE floated by the President and Ramon Tulfo.
2. Father and son Lito and Mark LAPID “cheated” or “have to explain” to the People of Pampanga a “deficit” estimated to be about P3,000,000,000.00 in quarry income during the NINE-YEAR PERIOD when both were Governors of the Province.
If LYING could cost their victins HUGE Amounts of money, HOW MUCH is the COST to the FILIPINO PEOPLE of the MANY, MANY, MANY LIES of the PRESIDENT and Her MEN?

1. One LIE of Malacanang-TULFO Costs ABS-CBN P500,000.00
Remember the Malacanang Lie spread to the People through Ramon Tulfo of Philippine Daily Inquirer that Julius Babao, ABS-CBN radio-TV anchor person, raised P200,000.00 to post bail for suspected terrorist Dawud Santos?
To find out whether or not this accusation is a LIE, ABS-CBN conducted a thorough investigation involving many persons. The very thorough investigation proved the accusation a LIE. To counteract the evil effects of the LIE which poisoned hundreds of thousands of minds because Ramon Tulfo spread the LIE through his Philippine Daily Inqirer column, ABS-CBN had to purchase P500.000.00 worth of advertising space in two prominent daily newspapers to inform the people about the results of the investigation.
Truly, to straighten out EVEN ONLY ONE LIE costs a lot of money!!!.
2. The over P3,000,000,000.00 cost to the People of Pampanga of the “LIES” of TWO LAPIDS, Father and Son.
In a news report during the last week of July 2007, Pampanga Vice-Governor Joseller Guiao stated that the province earned from sand quarrying some P11.6 million during the 11-day period from July 2 to July 13, 2007 or a daily gross income of P966,000, P29.94 million per month or P359.35 million per year.
Based on these figures, Guiao said the “entire six-year administration of former governor
now Senator LITO LAPID had a shortfall of about P2.095 billion in quarry income, while the term of his son MARK LAPID, who lost in the elections, was short of P1.03 billion.”
The assertions above shows that FATHER-SON Combination in Evil (like Lying-Extortion) can be found not only in MEDIA as exemplified by the FATHER-SON Combination of Ramon TULFO and his SON Patrick TULFO, but also in Government, like FATHER Senator Lito LAPID and SON Mark LAPID.
In a news item during the second week of November 2007, it is reported that in a period of 95 days, the Administration of Governor Eddie Panlilio collected in 95 days (or less than one-third of a year) what the adminstration of Senator Manuel “Lito” Lapid and his son, Mark, in ther stints as governors collected in three and a half years from quarry fees and taxes.
Thus, during the slightly over 4 months period from from June 29 to November 8, 2007, the Pampanga provincial treasurer’s report, under the new Panlilio Administration, showed a collection of P88.605 million, which is slightly over the P86.45 million collection during the term of the father and son Lapids covering a period of 41 months from January 2004 to June 28, 2007.
These figures reveal that HONESTY on the part of the new Governor PANLILIO resulted in a TENFOLD INCREASE in Quarry Tax and Fees Collection. Conversely, they reveal the HUGE AMOUNTS of LOSSES of MONEY belonging to the People of Pampanga because of LIARS FATHER Senator Lito LAPID and SON former Governor Mark LAPID.
HOW MUCH IS the COST to the FILIPINO PEOPLE of the MANY, MANY, MANY LIES of PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and Her MEN?

The following are indicators of the COST of Lie:
1. ABS-CBN had to spend over P500,000.00 to tell the truth about ONLY ONE LIE floated by the President and Ramon Tulfo.
2. Father and son Lito and Mark LAPID “cheated” or “have to explain” to the People of Pampanga a “deficit” estimated to be about P3,000,000,000.00 in quarry income during the NINE-YEAR PERIOD when both were Governors of the Province.

1. One LIE of Malacanang-TULFO Costs ABS-CBN P500,000.00
Remember the Malacanang Lie spread to the People through Ramon Tulfo of Philippine Daily Inquirer that Julius Babao, ABS-CBN radio-TV anchor person, raised P200,000.00 to post bail for suspected terrorist Dawud Santos?
To find out whether or not this accusation is a LIE, ABS-CBN conducted a thorough investigation involving many persons. The very thorough investigation proved the accusation a LIE. To counteract the evil effects of the LIE which poisoned hundreds of thousands of minds because Ramon Tulfo spread the LIE through his Philippine Daily Inqirer column, ABS-CBN had to purchase P500.000.00 worth of advertising space in two prominent daily newspapers to inform the people about the results of the investigation.
Truly, to straighten out EVEN ONLY ONE LIE costs a lot of money!!!.
2. The over P3,000,000,000.00 cost to the People of Pampanga of the “LIES” of TWO LAPIDS, Father and Son.
In a news report during the last week of July 2007, Pampanga Vice-Governor Joseller Guiao stated that the province earned from sand quarrying some P11.6 million during the 11-day period from July 2 to July 13, 2007 or a daily gross income of P966,000, P29.94 million per month or P359.35 million per year.
Based on these figures, Guiao said the “entire six-year administration of former governor
now Senator LITO LAPID had a shortfall of about P2.095 billion in quarry income, while the term of his son MARK LAPID, who lost in the elections, was short of P1.03 billion.”
The assertions above shows that FATHER-SON Combination in Evil (like Lying-Extortion) can be found not only in MEDIA as exemplified by the FATHER-SON Combination of Ramon TULFO and his SON Patrick TULFO, but also in Government, like FATHER Senator Lito LAPID and SON Mark LAPID.
In a news item during the second week of November 2007, it is reported that in a period of 95 days, the Administration of Governor Eddie Panlilio collected in 95 days (or less than one-third of a year) what the adminstration of Senator Manuel “Lito” Lapid and his son, Mark, in ther stints as governors collected in three and a half years from quarry fees and taxes.
Thus, during the slightly over 4 months period from from June 29 to November 8, 2007, the Pampanga provincial treasurer’s report, under the new Panlilio Administration, showed a collection of P88.605 million, which is slightly over the P86.45 million collection during the term of the father and son Lapids covering a period of 41 months from January 2004 to June 28, 2007.
These figures reveal that HONESTY on the part of the new Governor PANLILIO resulted in a TENFOLD INCREASE in Quarry Tax and Fees Collection. Conversely, they reveal the HUGE AMOUNTS of LOSSES of MONEY belonging to the People of Pampanga because of LIARS FATHER Senator Lito LAPID and SON former Governor Mark LAPID.

In 2004, the TULFOS sued me for 28 Counts of Libel in Cauayan City, in Far Away ISABELA Province where I had to take the over 10-hours 500 kilometers travel everytime I had to appear in court.
FIRST ABUSE: Despite three documents I produced to prove Raffy TULFO is not a resident of a Cauayan City Barrio in ISABELA, the TULFOS produced an affidavit signed by a low ranking Baranggay clerk “disproving” the earlier affidavit of the Baranggay Captain stating Raffy Tulfo is not a resident of a Cauayan City Barrio in ISABELA. The proofs I produced were sufficient to have the case transferred to Metro Manila. But these proofs were ignored by the Cauayan City Fiscal.
A BUNCH of ABUSES: In June 2005, the the Regional Trial Court Judge DISMISSED the case against me. Four (4) months later or in October 2005, the TULFOS INTIMIDATED and COERCED the Fiscal of Cauayan City, and the Judge who DISMISSED the case, not only to (1) ACCEPT a NEW Libel Case of the TULFOS AGAINST ME with the SAME FACTS but also for the Judge who DISMISSED the Case (2) to ISSUE a WARRANT for my ARREST. So, the new case was accepted in the sala of the Judge Who DISMISSED the Case, and, (3)WITHOUT INFORMING me or my lawyer about the new case, issued a WARRANT for my ARREST!!!
That is how the TULFOS INTIMIDATED the JUDICIARY in Cauayan City , ISABELA.

WHY are the PRESIDENT and Her MEN (Cabinet Members and Others) BOBOS (Stupid)?
Answer: Because they are LIARS!!!
In February 2005, I wrote the following in the “Preface” (page viii) of my book “The PRSIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO”:
“What more picturesque sight to demonstrate this Power of Satan Over Philippine Society than the spectacle of the President and Her Men Kissing the Ass of Ramon Tulfo, the Super, Super Liar son of Satan?!!!”
I wrote the above paragraph at the beginning of my book (which is actually a book on philosophical and theological morals and ethics on the evil of lying) to convey not only the FACT of the EXISTENCE of SATAN (in general and in Philippine Affairs) but also to propagate the Biblical Idea that
“SATAN is the father of LIARS.”
In a few months, the Filipino People became Witnesses to the truthfulness of the above sentence, almost a prophecy, when the Country was FLOODED and DELUGED and DELUDED with LIES emanating from MALACANANG Palace such as
The “Hello Garci” tapes (which became the fons et origo of a plethora of LIES, the unmasking and revelation of many Liars offering their services at the altar of the Super Liars of MALACANANG Palace),
The Joc-Joc Bolante FLIGHT to USA to HIDE the TRUTH (or to LIE) from the Filipino People about the P728 million FERTILIZER Scam,
The non-release of the “MAYUGA Report” which contains results of the investigation on the “Hello Garci” tapes,
The “Secrecy” (again, to HIDE the TRUTH or to LIE) over the purposes of the Venable Contract and its FUNDING,
The CONFUSION (same as to LIE) brought from U.S.A. to the Filipino People by then Presidential Chief of Staff Mike Defensor when he broadcast the results of his privately financed (from his own pocket, he says) investigation of the ‘Hello Garci” tape by an American acoustic expert, and MANY OTHER LIES.
And VERY RECENTLY, the lack of information to the Filipino People (same as LIE) on the $330 million (or P15.1billion at current exchange rate) Information and Communication Technology Project contract signed by unknown (to the Filipino People) representatives of the People of the Philippines and China .
This project, involving hundreds of million of dollars of Filipino People money, gave rise to broadcasts over mass media of charges of massive bribery, dining and womanizing. The son of Speaker of the House of Representatives Jose de Venecia (the third most powerful elected official of the land, after the President) tagged COMELEC Chairman Benjamin Abalos (the one involved in scandalous bribery, dining and womanizing) offering to bribe him (de Venecia son) $10 million just for him (de Venecia son) to back out from participating in the bidding for the huge project.
The massive corruption in this project and the lack of information (same as LIE) to the Filipino People (whose money are being committed to foreign suppliers) on this project CLEARLY SHOWS the Power of SATAN over PHILIPPINE Affairs and Governance!!!
“LIARS are Naturally BOBOS!”
While this TRUISM applies both to the TULFO Brothers and the PRESIDENT and Her MEN (e.g. CABINET Secretaries, etc.), and it is very easy to demonstrate this truism as it applies to the TULFO Brothers, it will take some little analysis to demonstrate that this truism also applies to President GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO and Her MEN.
It was easy to demonstrate that Ramon Tulfo was a Super Bobo when he LIED to the Filipino People, for example, (my book cites many instances of the Bobones of the Tulfos but we will give only one example in this ‘paper’) that Raul ROCO was a WIFE BEATER when he Propagated, through the pages of Inquirer, to favor the GMA Camp DURING the 2004 Presidential Election Campaign Period, that two years previous or in 2002, SONIA Roco RAN to Baguio City to escape being BEATEN REPEATEDLY by Raul, but that Sonia Roco was unlucky to check in a hotel in Baguio which COLLAPSED. Tulfo wrote in his Inquirer column that the rescuers were wrong in thinking that the bruises they saw in Sonia’s legs and arms and body were due to the debris of the fallen hotel. Tulfo said these were caused by Raul ROCO’S BEATINGS!!!
Tulfo truly is Bobo in thinking that Filipinos are so VERY BOBOS such that they would believe his LIES that RAUL ROCO WAS A WIFE BEATER despite the fact that NO HOTEL COLLAPSED in BAGUIO City in 2002.
In the case of the PRESIDENT and Her MEN, they think that because they are Many or Numerous and Highly Educated, they could FOOL ALL FILIPINOS into believing their LIES.

In a few months, the Filipino People became Witnesses to the truthfulness of the above sentence, almost a prophecy, when the Country was FLOODED and DELUGED and DELUDED with LIES emanating from MALACANANG Palace such as
The “Hello Garci” tapes (which became the fons et origo of a plethora of LIES, the unmasking and revelation of many Liars offering their services at the altar of the Super Liars of MALACANANG Palace),
The Joc-Joc Bolante FLIGHT to USA to HIDE the TRUTH (or to LIE) from the Filipino People about the P728 million FERTILIZER Scam,
The non-release of the “MAYUGA Report” which contains results of the investigation on the “Hello Garci” tapes,
The “Secrecy” (again, to HIDE the TRUTH or to LIE) over the purposes of the Venable Contract and its FUNDING,
The CONFUSION (same as to LIE) brought from U.S.A. to the Filipino People by then Presidential Chief of Staff Mike Defensor when he broadcast the results of his privately financed (from his own pocket, he says) investigation of the ‘Hello Garci” tape by an American acoustic expert, and MANY OTHER LIES.
And VERY RECENTLY, the lack of information to the Filipino People (same as LIE) on the $330 million (or P15.1billion at current exchange rate) Information and Communication Technology Project contract signed by unknown (to the Filipino People) representatives of the People of the Philippines and China .
This project, involving hundreds of million of dollars of Filipino People money, gave rise to broadcasts over mass media of charges of massive bribery, dining and womanizing. The son of Speaker of the House of Representatives Jose de Venecia (the third most powerful elected official of the land, after the President) tagged COMELEC Chairman Benjamin Abalos (the one involved in scandalous bribery, dining and womanizing) offering to bribe him (de Venecia son) $10 million just for him (de Venecia son) to back out from participating in the bidding for the huge project.
The massive corruption in this project and the lack of information (same as LIE) to the Filipino People (whose money are being committed to foreign suppliers) on this project CLEARLY SHOWS the Power of SATAN over PHILIPPINE Affairs and Governance!!!
“LIARS are Naturally BOBOS!”
While this TRUISM applies both to the TULFO Brothers and the PRESIDENT and Her MEN (e.g. CABINET Secretaries, etc.), and it is very easy to demonstrate this truism as it applies to the TULFO Brothers, it will take some little analysis to demonstrate that this truism also applies to President GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO and Her MEN.
It was easy to demonstrate that Ramon Tulfo was a Super Bobo when he LIED to the Filipino People, for example, (my book cites many instances of the Bobones of the Tulfos but we will give only one example in this ‘paper’) that Raul ROCO was a WIFE BEATER when he Propagated, through the pages of Inquirer, to favor the GMA Camp DURING the 2004 Presidential Election Campaign Period, that two years previous or in 2002, SONIA Roco RAN to Baguio City to escape being BEATEN REPEATEDLY by Raul, but that Sonia Roco was unlucky to check in a hotel in Baguio which COLLAPSED. Tulfo wrote in his Inquirer column that the rescuers were wrong in thinking that the bruises they saw in Sonia’s legs and arms and body were due to the debris of the fallen hotel. Tulfo said these were caused by Raul ROCO’S BEATINGS!!!
Tulfo truly is Bobo in thinking that Filipinos are so VERY BOBOS such that they would believe his LIES that RAUL ROCO WAS A WIFE BEATER despite the fact that NO HOTEL COLLAPSED in BAGUIO City in 2002.

I hope you still remember when then Customs Commissioner Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. had to request for a meeting with you after the non-action by your paper on our letters urging you to fire one of your columnists in ISYU, JCM Romero III because
he used 95% of his ISYU (your short-lived Monday to Friday tabloid in the late 1990s) columns to attack Parayno and the Bureau of Customs.
Our several letters of complaint against the LIES of Romero III were not attended to that is why we had to request for a meeting with you. You were convinced about Romero III’s Abuse of Media Power when we told you that immediately prior to Romero using his ISYU columns to attack Parayno and the Customs Bureau,
Romero III wrote a proposal to Parayno that Parayno appoint him (Romero III) to be Parayno’s PR and Crisis Manager when Parayno was Customs Commissioner. (He simultaneously made the same proposal to then BIR Commissioner Liwayway Vinzons-Chato, and started asking her lots and lots of money immediately after making the proposal).
Failing to get a favorable reply from Parayno,

I hope you still remember when then Customs Commissioner Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. had to request for a meeting with you after the non-action by your paper on our letters urging you to fire one of your columnists in ISYU, JCM Romero III because
he used 95% of his ISYU (your short-lived Monday to Friday tabloid in the late 1990s) columns to attack Parayno and the Bureau of Customs.
Our several letters of complaint against the LIES of Romero III were not attended to that is why we had to request for a meeting with you. You were convinced about Romero III’s Abuse of Media Power when we told you that immediately prior to Romero using his ISYU columns to attack Parayno and the Customs Bureau,

Why do the FILIPINO PEOPLE Now Collectively feel deep inside them that they are being treated not as Beings with Capacity to Reason but as Dumb Animals to be Herded? Why do they feel they ARE JUST HELPLESSLY TOLD TO BELIEVE WHATEVER THE LEADERS WANT THEM TO BELIEVE? Why do Filipinos now want many important questions answered but the answers are DENIED them???
This situation is the very reason priests,like Fr. Ed Panlilio, decided to be Leaders in the SECULAR World!!!

There is the P728 Million Fertilizer Scam in connection with the 2004 Presidential Elections with former Agriculture Undersecretary Jocelyn Joc-joc Bolante fleeing to the United States of America seeking asylum so he would not be questioned in the Philippines for the massive corruption, the diversion of the People’s Money to buy votes. This is another instance of a Big LIE.
There is the “Venable Contract,” a contract with a U.S. law firm to lobby “in Washington ” for the Philippines , including on the move to change the Constitution. The contract costs US$75,000.00 a month (or approximately P50.0 million annually at the then prevailing dollar-peso exchange rate). Despite the People’s clamor for full information on the contract such as who is the private party footing the US$75,000 monthly retainer fee, the powers in Malacanang refused to reveal anything. Another Big LIE.
There is Executive Order 464 prohibiting senior officials of the Executive Department and the Military from appearing in Congressional Investigations without the permission of the President, so that they would not be forced to reveal corruption and abuse of power in high government offices. Another Big LIE
In All the Above, the LEADERS LIE TO US ALL FILIPINOS, treating US as DUMB ANIMALS, keeping US ALL IGNORANT on Matters and Events that Greatly impact on Our Daily lives as Citizens of a Nation.

“We, twelve bishops, after praying and discussing the problem, believe the alleged bribery between Malacanang and some government officials is an issue that has to be primarily resolved in the sphere of temporal affairs, particularly politics. Thus, we are not in a position to render judgment on the veracity of the matter,” Talamayan said.
“Therefore, as ministers of the Church, it is not our prerogative to support the call for the President’s resignation. However, as pastors, it is our duty to look after the moral life of the faithful. Therefore, we welcome the idea that a thorough investigation should be done in order for the truth to prevail.”

Let us start with the recent P500,000.00 Cash Dole-Outs handed to several officials in a meeting (early this month of October) of over a hundred Government Oficials, in Malacanang.

On the P500,000.00 cash dole outs handed inside Malacanang of which one of the recipients is Governor Ed Panlilio of Pampanga, Archbishop Talamayan and the other Bishops can arrive at the ABSOLUTELY TRUE CONCLUSION that either Presidential Political Adviser and Cabinet Member RONALDO PUNO--- or--- Eastern Samar Governor-League of Provinces of the Philippines (LPP) Secretary-General BEN EVARDONE and Palawan Governor-LPP Spokeperson JOEL REYES--- are LYING--- or that ALL the THREE Government OFFICIALS allied with the PRESIDENT are LYING.
Why is this so? Because RONALDO PUNO said the money came from Speaker Jose de Venecia. This claim is CONTRADICTED by both Governors EVARDONE and JOEL REYES of the LPP who said that the money came from them.
Also, Governor Panlilio said that the bundles of P1,000.00 bills given him are wrapped with papers bearing the name “Bank of Comerce” whereas the LPP cash assets are deposited in three banks namely Philippine National Bank, Land Bank of the Philippines and Banco de Oro.
The above statements are proofs enough to make ABSOLUTE CONCLUSIONS with ABSOLUTE CERTAINTY that EVARDONE and JOEL REYES could also be LYING, in which case these THREE OFFICIALS ALLIED with the PRESIDENT could ALL be LYING!!!

Although it is a little difficult to demonstrate this as a LIE, I will try to explain it as a LIE ACCORDING to the SCHOLASTIC Philosophy definition of “to LIE” which is “Loqui Contra Mentem” the English translation being “to talk contrary to ones own mind.”
The Archbishop and the Bishops, I am sure, because of their thorough groundings in Scholastic Philosophy, can easily understand my explanation how the PRESIDENT and Her MEN LIED to the FILIPINO PEOPLE and to the WORLD in this instance.
It is assumed here that God has implanted some Truths in the hearts (in cordibus) and minds of all human beings as they are created to enable them to live in communities.
To lie is to pronounce or speak or say or utter words to ones audience (Latin for listeners) whose meaning(s) is (are) contrary to the contents of the mind of the speaker.
President Arroyo annonced on the third week of August 2007 that she ordered the smashing of 18 smuggled luxury vehicles (valued at P40.0 million) to send a strong message to the smugglers that “they will not be allowed to redeem other cars that may be auctioned off thorugh their paid proxies.”
THIS is a LIE (and a Very STUPID LIE) because it is not by smashing the cars by which you send a strong message to the smugglers to teach them a lesson. You teach them a lesson by CATCHING them and IMPRISONING them, not by Smashing the immobile Cars , HELPLESS and UNABLE to DEFEND THEMSELVES (Ha! Ha! Ha!) against the Presidents’ VERY STUPID DECISION carried out by EQUALLY UNTHINKING huge machines!!!
If this is a LIE, what then is the TRUTH that RESIDES in the MIND of the PRESIDENT and Her CABINET Secretaries?
The TRUTH in the MIND of the President is this: I and my TOP AIDES KNOW ALL ABOUT SMUGGLING. And now, the SECRECY and DENIALS (meaning LIES) by TOP OFFICIALS Allied with the PRESIDENT surrounding the US$10,000,000.00 BRIBE OFFER offer to Jose de Venecia III and P200,000,000.00 BRIBE OFFER to former NEDA Director-General Romulo Neri by COMELEC Chairman Benjamin Abalos in connection with a US$329,000,000.00 Government Project to be shouldered by the Filipino People.

On February 1, 2005, I wrote in the Preface (page viii) of my book “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO,” these prophetic words:

And now, the SECRECY and DENIALS (meaning LIES) by TOP OFFICIALS Allied with the PRESIDENT surrounding the US$10,000,000.00 BRIBE OFFER offer to Jose de Venecia III and P200,000,000.00 BRIBE OFFER to former NEDA Director-General Romulo Neri by COMELEC Chairman Benjamin Abalos in connection with a US$329,000,000.00 Government Project to be shouldered by the Filipino People.

WHY Did Presidential Candidate
GORDON KISS the ASS of Ramon TULFO?
In my book “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO,” I gave TWO probable REASONS why the President and the First Gentleman kissed the ass of Ramon Tulfo.
I had no reason to advance why Dick Gordon did the same in November 2004.
Today, I reproduce relevant portions of the book in view of the fact that in today’s (August 9, 2007) issue of the Philippine Daily Inquirer, Ramon Tulfo in his column devoted many paragraphs in praise of Dick Gordon which he ended by saying “Now tell me, who among the presidential aspirants can beat Dick in experience and action?”
In my book, I did not express surprise why the President and her First Gentleman “honored” Ramon Tulfo by attending his Birthday Party in 2003 or the year prior to the 2004 Presidential Elections.
The following are the relevant portions:
“But when a SENATOR, a CABINET MEMBER and other TOP GOVERNMENT MEN Paid Homage to, Kissed or Licked the Ass of, as it were, Ramon Tulfo when he celebrated his birthday on the Friday before his real date of birth (November 22, 2004) last November, ALL the LIES that the TULFOS WROTE about the HIGH and MIGHTY in PHILIPPINE POLITICS CAME BACK TO MY MIND.

“If Tulfo is the PR man of Gordon, indications of which are apparent in Tulfo’s recent columns in praise of Gordon’s work with the Red Cross, then it should be Tulfo who should be kissing the ass of Gordon, and not the other way around.
“I remember attending an anniversary celebration of an advertising agency whose clients included many top corporations of the country. On the walls of the advertising agency’s office were displayed an artist’s rendering of the portrait of top officials of their corporate clients. The “paintings” were intended as “gifts” to these top corporate officers. At first, I thought it “anomalous.” that the celebrant would give gifts to the invited guests, instead of the guest giving gifts to the celebrant. Why should the clients be honored when it is the company that was celebrating? I found out later that it was the SOP among advertising agencies in its relations with its clients. What is the Reasoning behind the decision to destroy several smuggled and abandoned vehicles valued at over P10.0 million pesos? To “send a message to smugglers?” What message?
Secretary of Finance Margarito Teves (as quoted in the August 17, 2007 issue of Philippine Daily Inquirer) rationalizing the destruction of the cars shows
HOW STUPID some of PRESIDENT ARROYO’S CABINET MEMBERS ARE!!!!
The only message smugglers would RESPECT is that they are apprehended and IMPRISONED. With the action of the government to destroy the cars, these smugglers must be LAUGHING in DERISION at the VERY STUPID Customs officials who recommended the decision and the VERY STUPID Top Official or Officials (TEVES, then the PRESIDENT?)who approved the decision to DESTROY CARS VALUED at SEVERAL TENS OF MILLIONS of PESOS.
It is to be kept in mind that these CARS were Either Government Property or Private Property. In either case, it is AGAINST the LAW for non-owners of the goods (like the Customs or other High Officials) TO DESTROY PROPERTIES that have VALUES and are NOT PROHIBITED to be EXCHANGED or USED.
In 1992-1998, when Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. was Customs Commissioner, he disposed, by Public Auction, over 900 smuggled, seized and abandoned vehicles (including a P7.4 million brand new Mercedes Benz and several Porsches carnapped in the Streets of San Francisco and shipped by smugglers to Manila Ports), enriching the Filipino People by hundreds of millions of pesos from the auction proceeds. To carry out the Public Auction, and to protect the interests of local car manufacturers, Parayno sought the assistance of the Association of Car Manufacturers in the Philippines (CAMPI) and the then Philippine Motor Association (now Automobile Association of the Philippines).
Even totally dilapidated cars left abandoned at the piers for over a decade added some income (THEY WERE SOLD AT SCRAP VALUE!!!) for the Bureau through these Public Auctions!!!
That is why the decision to DESTROY CARS that could EASILY FETCH SEVERAL TENS of MILLIONS of PESOS (estimated by Secretary of Finance at P40.0 million) at PUBLIC AUCTION is a decision arrived at by VERY, VERY STUPID CUSTOMS and OTHER HIGH PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS!!!
If the smuggled goods are harmful substances or prohibited Drugs like SHABU, there are Standard Procedures and Rituals to carry out their Destruction, certainly not the VERY CRUDE and PRIMITVE method of crushing them as were done on the cars.
If the Government is to be consistent, why not destroy ALL SMUGGLED GOODS?!!!!
If the government seizes a shipload of smuggled rice or sugar or used clothes, why not just throw the shipload of rice or sugar into the sea or burn the smuggled (by REY LANGIT!!!) used clothes?
If the Philippine authorities seize a tanker load of smuggled oil, why not BURN the WHOLE SHIPMENT? And also sink the tanker into the sea, “To send a Message” to the Smugglers and their Collaborators?!!!
If the government seizes canned goods STILL EDIBLE, why not FEED them to the PIGS?

The Philippines has a Super BOBO President!!!
Ning Santos is 100% apodictically super certain when he asserts here that PRESIDENT GLORIA M. ARROYO IS A FIRST CLASS SUPER BOBO when she uttered, as reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (page 2, issue of August 19, 2007) that “they –(the smugglers)—will not be allowed to redeem other cars that may be auctioned off through their paid proxies.”
Her next sentence—although not a sign of BOBONESS—may prove to be a LIE –of the same genus and specie as the “HELLO GARCI” tape, the unreleased “Mayuga Report” and the secret “Venable Contract.”
PGMA’s second sentence runs like this: “Not only will they be barred from future auctions, they will be put behind bars.”
So that the PRESIDENT will NOT be called a LIAR HERE, it is incumbent upon the Customs Commissioner and the National Bureau of Investigation Chief to identify and catch and imprison the smugglers!!! If they succeed here, their names will be forever enshrined in the Guinness Book of Word Records as the FIRST FILIPINO CUSTOMS COMMISSIONER and the FIRST FILIPINO NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION CHIEF to have SUCCESSFULLY CONVICTED AND IMPRISONED A SMUGGLER!!!
Presidential Management Staff chief Cerge remonde is as stupid as his boss when he echoed his boss’s reasoning “that the President wanted to stop the auction of smuggled cars since they still ended up in the smugglers’ hands.
President Erap had more brains when he made Malacanang the Warehouse of about 50 seized smuggled cars so the smugglers could NOT spirit them out the Bureau (when nobody is looking) without paying taxes. President Erap, in this way, OUTSMARTED both the SMUGGLERS and their CUSTOMS ALLIES who both intended to cheat the FILIPINO PEOPLE.
In the case of the cars destroyed on command of PGMA, the FILIPINO PEOPLE were also LOSERS.
When Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. was Customs Commissioner (in 1992-98), he entered into an agreement with the Car Manufacturers Group in the Philippines and the Philippine Motors Association (now Automotive Association of the Philippines or AAP) to help the Bureau of Customs to sell, through Public Auction, the almost 1,000 abandoned, seized and smuggled cars and motor vehicles stored in various warehouses and yards at the piers, deteriorating under the elements (sun and rain) and losing values because of rampant pilferage.
The object was to get as much Revenue for the Bureau (and for the VERY POOR Filipino People like me), and to DISCOURAGE SMUGGLING!!!
How will PMA and the Car Manufacturers Group HELP RAISE REVENUE and DISCOURAGE SMUGGLING through PUBLIC AUCTION?
The PMA and Car Manufacturers Group DETERMINE the FLOOR PRICE or STARTING PRICE for the PUBLIC AUCTION.
These two PRIVATE SECTOR BODIES scan the newspapers advertising second hand cars, inspect the condition of the vehicles, list down the missing parts and paste these on the windshields of the cars to be auctioned to enable the participating public in the PUBLIC AUCTION to have solid, reasonable and wise bases to help them in their personal determination of the prices they would bid in the auction.
I remember very clearly the brand new Mercedes Benz S600 which I inspected as soon as it got out of the container van. The car had in its tachometer a reading of 5 km, meaning it was brand new. (For example, when PMA then called me to report that the telephone unit of one of the seized Porsches just delivered to them was missing, I looked at the photos that recorded the inspection done immediately as soon as the smuggled cars were taken out of the vans at the Customs yards, and saw the photo of a Customs agent showing (I do not know if ‘proudly’) to others the telephone unit with the wires still attached that he got from the Porsche photographed beside him.)
And now to DEMONSTRATE why the Remarks of GMA (as recorded by the Inquirer for posterity) are REMARKS of a SUPER BOBO.

The winner during the auction was the “proxy” of the real buyer, reportedly (according to PMA sources then) the father of Ara Mina who recently was rumored (wrongly, of course) as an inamorata of Boxing Legend Manny Pacquiao.
Assuming that Ara Mina’s father was the original smuggler, how did he profit by buying the car he smuggled? He must have bought the car at its full value through a dealer (unless the car was carnapped immediately after it got out of the dealer’s show room, then immediately smuggled out of the USA) there in USA (the port of origin of the smuggled cars). Or Ara Mina’s father tried to bring the car here without declaring it with Customs to escape paying taxes and duties so that as soon as he succeeds in getting it out of the pier, register it, bribing people at the LTO.
Also, assuming Ara Mina’s father was the original smuggler, how can he be prevented from participating in the auction if he sends a dozen or two dozen proxies? Who will determine who is and who is not a proxy of any one in the public auction? As far as I can remember, auction participants then were not required to show any “valid” identification card such as a driver’s license or passport, etc.

ARROYO IS A FIRST CLASS SUPER BOBO when she uttered, as reported by the Philippine Daily Inquirer (page 2, issue of August 19, 2007) that “they –(the smugglers)—will not be allowed to redeem other cars that may be auctioned off through their paid proxies.”

If they succeed here, their names will be forever enshrined in the Guinness Book of Word Records as the FIRST FILIPINO CUSTOMS COMMISSIONER and the FIRST FILIPINO NATIONAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION CHIEF to have SUCCESSFULLY CONVICTED AND IMPRISONED A SMUGGLER!!!
Presidential Management Staff chief Cerge remonde is as stupid as his boss when he echoed his boss’s reasoning “that the President wanted to stop the auction of smuggled cars since they still ended up in the smugglers’ hands.
President Erap had more brains when he made Malacanang the Warehouse of about 50 seized smuggled cars so the smugglers could NOT spirit them out the Bureau (when nobody is looking) without paying taxes. President Erap, in this way, OUTSMARTED both the SMUGGLERS and their CUSTOMS ALLIES who both intended to cheat the FILIPINO PEOPLE.
In the case of the cars destroyed on command of PGMA, the FILIPINO PEOPLE were also LOSERS.
When Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. was Customs Commissioner (in 1992-98), he entered into an agreement with the Car Manufacturers Group in the Philippines and the Philippine Motors Association (now Automotive Association of the Philippines or AAP) to help the Bureau of Customs to sell, through Public Auction, the almost 1,000 abandoned, seized and smuggled cars and motor vehicles stored in various warehouses and yards at the piers, deteriorating under the elements (sun and rain) and losing values because of rampant pilferage.
The object was to get as much Revenue for the Bureau (and for the VERY POOR Filipino People like me), and to DISCOURAGE SMUGGLING!!!
How will PMA and the Car Manufacturers Group HELP RAISE REVENUE and DISCOURAGE SMUGGLING through PUBLIC AUCTION?
The PMA and Car Manufacturers Group DETERMINE the FLOOR PRICE or STARTING PRICE for the PUBLIC AUCTION.
These two PRIVATE SECTOR BODIES scan the newspapers advertising second hand cars, inspect the condition of the vehicles, list down the missing parts and paste these on the windshields of the cars to be auctioned to enable the participating public in the PUBLIC AUCTION to have solid, reasonable and wise bases to help them in their personal determination of the prices they would bid in the auction.
I remember very clearly the brand new Mercedes Benz S600 which I inspected as soon as it got out of the container van. The car had in its tachometer a reading of 5 km, meaning it was brand new. (It entered my mind to send the book to you when you were yet with CNN but gave up the idea because the book is parochial, referring only to Media in Philippine setting. But now that you are very much involved in Philippine Media, I think it is now okay to send you the book).
The book documents the Philippine’s WORST Long-Term ABUSERS of MEDIA POWER like the TULFO Brothers, known for their LIES, INTIMIDATION and EXTORTION, Rey LANGIT for SMUGGLING and Philippine Star Managing Editor Antonio F. KATIGBAK for EXTORTION, among others.
The book also devotes a chapter on a columnist (he brags he is a Ph. D.) who, failing to get the Bureau of Customs Commissioner as his client (i. e., that the columnist be appointed the Commissioner’s PR and Crises Manager), used 95%, for several months, of his column attacking the Customs Commissioner.
For over two years already, the book is known to Officers and Members of the National Press Club and many top media professionals. But it has become very clear to me that not one of these top media professionals is brave enough to mention in their writings or broadcasts even just the title of the book, much more the Lies, Intimidations and Extortions of the TULFO Brothers, prompting me to write (to disseminate through the Internet) papers like
“Philippine MEDIA will ALWAYS BE in DEEP SHIT,” (for as long as the TULFO Brothers are Active in Philippine Print, Radio and TV) irreverently revealing, among others, that “RANDY DAVID, in trying to hide his fear of the TULFO Brothers, became like the TULFOS: BOBO and LIAR” and that ‘KORINA SANCHEZ & Company FEAR the TULFOS!!!”
I am also sending you several papers on the Abuse of MEDIA Power by the TULFO Brothers.
That the TULFO Family is a Family of ABUSIVE Media Professionals engaged in propagating LIES and in INTIMIDATION and in EXTORTION is reinforced by the recent (mid-April, 2007) report of ABS-CBN News that
a son of RAMON TULFO was involved in a P1,000,000.00 extortion on a business owner threatened to be exposed in a TV show being produced by the TULFO son.
This very recent SHAMEFUL development in Philippine Media involving a TULFO is clear proof of the VERY DEEP SHIT Philippine Media is in. It is very clear that this corrupting SICKNESS to Abuse Media Power to SPREAD LIES for EXTORTION has seeped deeply into the Blood of the TULFO Family such that a second generation of the TULFOS, starting with PATRICK, a son of Ramon TULFO, has NOT ONLY JOINED but was already CAUGHT in the act of LYING, INTIMIDATING and EXTORTING like the Four TULFO Brothers pictured in my book as LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS.
Many Media Professionals intimated to me that Many in the Media Profession ENVY the TULFOS for having been SUCCESSFUL in ENRICHING themselves through ABUSE of MEDIA POWER!!!

Similar letters were sent to Ricardo “Dong” Puno, Tina Monzon-Palma, Korina Sanchez, Pia Hontiveros and Mike Enriquez of GMA-7).
Only Dong Puno acted on it, scheduling me and Ramon TULFO to appear in his TV show “VIEWPOINTS.” Unfortunately, two hours before the scheduled show, Ramon TULFO, for unknown reasons, backed out.
Among the TV shows in ABS-CBN-ANC, the one of Che-che Lazaro, “MEDIA in FOCUS” seems most appropriate to tackle the
PUZZLE and MYSTERY: How come, despite being known as LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS, the TULFO Brothers, particularly Ramon, Raffy and Erwin, are considered as PRIZED COLUMNISTS (e.g. of Philippine Daily Inquirer and PEOPLE’S Tonight) and radio-TV anchors, hosts and commentators?
Probably your program hosts can invite the Editors, Management and Editors of Philippine Daily Inquirer and Philippine Journalists to enlighten the Filipino People why they consider RAMON and ERWIN TULFO PRIZED COLUMNISTS despite their being known to be LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS.

ROTARIANS the World Over are the LEADERS in the Promotion of TRUTH in All Aspects of Life.
ROTARIANS are Leaders in their Professions. They, more than others, know that “TRUTH” is all important in ALL ASPECTS of LIFE, that no profession or business will prosper without TRUTH.
Although I am not a Rotarian, I have many friends in the Rotary and have attended their meetings. I learned that Rotarians All over the World PROPAGATE the Practice of TRUTH in all Aspects of our Lives.
It is because of this Rotarians’ single mindedness about TRUTH why I write this to you.
In 2004, after gaining insight on how Corrupt Media Men Promote Corruption and Smuggling at Customs (I was Custom Commissioner Guillermo Parayno’s “right hand man” when he was Customs Commissioner in1992-1998 and also closely worked with him when he was BIR Commissioner in 2002-2005), I wrote the book, “LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS in Philippine Media.” The book focused mainly on the LIES (opposite of TRUTH) and EXTORTION of the TULFO Brothers and the SMUGGLING of Rey LANGIT.
The “Foreword” states that the “book is about philosophical ethics and morals…on the EVIL LYING (opposite of TRUTH).”
In 2005, after witnessing HOW Malacanang USED Ramon TULFO to SPREAD LIES against Presidential Candidates FERNANDO POE JR., RAUL ROCO and PANFILO LACSON, I expanded the book and changed its title to “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.”
These book are ACTUALLY about the EVIL of LYING (the opposite of “TRUTH” the ROTARY’S ideal) in MASS MEDIA and HIGH GOVERNMENT OFFICES..
The 2005 expanded book is more revealing. It tells about the “Source of LYING its EVIL effects on the Life of the Nation when it stated in its “Preface” in Plain Language that SATAN is the father of LIARS!!!:
“What more picturesque sight to demonstrate this Power of Satan over Philippine Society than the spectacle of the President and Her Men Kissing the Ass of Super, Super Liar son of Satan Ramon Tulfo!!!”
The book PROVED the LIES (directed from Malacanang) INVENTED and PROPAGATED by Ramon TULFO that RAUL ROCO is a WIFE BEATER), that FPJ or FERNANDO POE JR. is a CRUEL and VIOLENT MAN and has a SMALL PENIS, and that PANFILO LACSON MUREDERED the husband of ALICE HILL so he could marry Alice , and that Alice is an ADULTERESS.
Since the LIES by Well-known Men in Media (the TULFO Brothers and Rey LANGIT) and the LIES Propagated by the TULFO Brothers for Malacanang are the Main Contents of the books, they are definitely the best source of materials in the Rotarians’ Everyday Lifelong Campaign for TRUTH.

MALACANANG Supports the FLIGHT to U.S.A. of JocJoc BOLANTE to hide the TRUTH from the Filipino People about the P728 Million FERTILIZER SCAM.
Also, Malacanang does not want to reveal the identity of the private donors of the $75,000 monthly fee for the “VENABLE CONTRACT”.

ROTARIANS the World Over are the LEADERS in the Promotion of TRUTH in All Aspects of Life.
ROTARIANS are Leaders in their Professions. They, more than others, know that “TRUTH” is all important in ALL ASPECTS of LIFE, that no profession or business will prosper without TRUTH.
Although I am not a Rotarian, I have many friends in the Rotary and have attended their meetings. I learned that Rotarians All over the World PROPAGATE the Practice of TRUTH in all Aspects of our Lives.
It is because of this Rotarians’ single mindedness about TRUTH why I write this to you.
In 2004, after gaining insight on how Corrupt Media Men Promote Corruption and Smuggling at Customs (I was Custom Commissioner Guillermo Parayno’s “right hand man” when he was Customs Commissioner in1992-1998 and also closely worked with him when he was BIR Commissioner in 2002-2005), I wrote the book, “LIARS, INTIMIDATORS and EXTORTIONISTS in Philippine Media.” The book focused mainly on the LIES (opposite of TRUTH) and EXTORTION of the TULFO Brothers and the SMUGGLING of Rey LANGIT.
The “Foreword” states that the “book is about philosophical ethics and morals…on the EVIL LYING (opposite of TRUTH).”
In 2005, after witnessing HOW Malacanang USED Ramon TULFO to SPREAD LIES against Presidential Candidates FERNANDO POE JR., RAUL ROCO and PANFILO LACSON, I expanded the book and changed its title to “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.”
These book are ACTUALLY about the EVIL of LYING (the opposite of “TRUTH” the ROTARY’S ideal) in MASS MEDIA and HIGH GOVERNMENT OFFICES..
The 2005 expanded book is more revealing. It tells about the “Source of LYING its EVIL effects on the Life of the Nation when it stated in its “Preface” in Plain Language that SATAN is the father of LIARS!!!:
“What more picturesque sight to demonstrate this Power of Satan over Philippine Society than the spectacle of the President and Her Men Kissing the Ass of Super, Super Liar son of Satan Ramon Tulfo!!!”
The book PROVED the LIES (directed from Malacanang) INVENTED and PROPAGATED by Ramon TULFO that RAUL ROCO is a WIFE BEATER), that FPJ or FERNANDO POE JR. is a CRUEL and VIOLENT MAN and has a SMALL PENIS, and that PANFILO LACSON MUREDERED the husband of ALICE HILL so he could marry Alice , and that Alice is an ADULTERESS.
Since the LIES by Well-known Men in Media (the TULFO Brothers and Rey LANGIT) and the LIES Propagated by the TULFO Brothers for Malacanang are the Main Contents of the books, they are definitely the best source of materials in the Rotarians’ Everyday Lifelong Campaign for TRUTH.

Manila Assistant City Prosecutor Dennis Aguila recently (as reported in a newspaper today, August 1, 2007) recommended the filing of grave coercion and blackmail against TULFO Brothers RAMON and RAFFY in connection with their threat to air through their radio programs and to publish in their respective columns (RAMON in Philippine Daily Inquirer, RAFFY in Abante TONITE) derogatory items against Customs Collector Lourdes Mangaoang should she not give in to their extortion demands.
The TULFO brothers demanded P500,000.00 which Mangaoang pleaded to be reduced. Despite the fact that Mangaoang was able to remit to the TULFO brothers over P100,000.00 over a period of time, the TULFO brothers still maligned Mangaoang, RAMON through his Philippine Daily Inquirer column, and RAFFY through his column in Abante TONITE.
The Fiscal did not give any credence to the fantastic claim of Raffy Tulfo that the amounts Mangaoang gave to the extorting brothers through Raffy Tulfo’s wife, JOCELYN PUA, was because Raffy and Mangaoang were lovers.
The fiscal believed Mangaoang’s claim that the amounts she was forced to deposit in the bank account of JOCELYN PUA, as evidenced by deposit slips she presented in the name of JOCELYN PUA, were amounts she remitted to RAMON and RAFFY TULFO to prevent them from enforcing their threat to malign her in public through their respective radio programs and newspaper columns.
Mangaoang did not include JOCELYN PUA, Raffy Tulfo’s wife, in the charge because the bank account of the wife was used only as conduit for the extortion of the TULFO brothers.
The threat by RAMON and RAFFY TULFO to air in their radio programs and to print in their respective columns derogatory items against Mangaoang originated from the refusal of Lourdes Mangaoang to withdraw the charge of smuggling of prohibited chemicals for the manufacture of SHABU she filed, in mid-2000, against Zamboanga businessman LE PENG WEE.
Like kidnappers who kill the kidnap victims after collecting the ransom demanded, the TULFO brothers still printed malicious items against Mangaoang despite her giving in to their monetary extortions.
(My book “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO,” discussed in detail the LIES Ramon Tulfo printed in several installments of his Philippine Daily Inquirer column, to malign Lourdes Mangaoang who showed extraordinary bravery and dedication as a government official because she not only refused to withdraw but more importantly vigorously pursued the smuggling charge against LE PENG WEE. Mangaoang pursued the charge despite the clear bias, in favor of smuggler LE PENG WEE, exhibited by then Justice Secretary Hernando Perez and Chief State Prosecutor Jovencito Zuno who both, at the initial stages of the smuggling case, exonerated LE PENG WEE. Mangaoang bravely pursued to prosecute the case despite the initial exoneration, and succeeded in overturning the exoneration earlier promulgated by Secretary Hernandez and Chief State Prosecutor Zuno).
