With the affirmation by the Court of Appeals of the conviction of Raffy Tulfo (and of yourself and your Managing Editor Nicolas V. Quijano Jr.) of the crime of libel which carries a penalty of imprisonment for 28 years and P14.7million in fines and damages, you, as owner of the publication whose primary duty is to TELL the TRUTH to the FILIPINO PEOPLE should FIRE RAFFY TULFO from your papers NOW!!!

YOUR continuous and active COOPERATION with BOBO RAFFY TULFO to POISON hundred’s of thousands of FILIPINO PEOPLE’S MINDS with TULFO-INVENTED LIES PROPAGATED through YOUR Abante papers is just like the authorities of, for example, Makati Medical Center or St. Luke’s Hospital allowing a NURSE (or any of its staff) found GUILTY of SUFFOCATING NEWLY-BORN BABIES in its NURSERY to CONTINUE WORKING with the HOSPITAL’S NURSERY.

(And do you know that according to some very serious minded theologians by whom I was lucky enough to be tutored, to poison the minds of HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of the FILIPINO PEOPLE with LIES as RAFFY, RAMON and ERWIN TULFO do, is worse than Leo Echegaray forcing his penis and emitting his semen into the unwilling vagina of a minor relative for which the STATE put him to DEATH, and also WORSE than the crime of a nurse suffocating a dozen new born babies? Yes, because God said SATAN is the FATHER of LIARS---and NOT of MURDERERS or of FORNICATORS or of STEALERS, etc. Because God is TRUTH, the exact opposite of LIE. And because the Evil Power to LIE comes from SATAN, I am not surprised that “The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO” one of the most evil sons of Satan on earth.)

While your being jailed with Raffy Tulfo (and also to share in the multimillion fines and damages) may be alright with you because you profited financially from the increased circulation (or you may have shared in the loot from the extortion proceeds of Raffy Tulfo who threatened his victims with continued bad publicity in the pages of your Abante TONITE and Abante IF THEY DO NOT GIVE IN TO HIS EXTORTION) as a result of Tulfo’s continued LIES in his columns, it would be unfair to your Managing Editor Nicolas V. Quijano to be jailed and to share in the fine and damages, he just fulfilling his duties as an obedient employee.

So, to spare your Managing Editor from probable future jail terms and fines and TO FULFILL YOUR DUTY to TELL the TRUTH to the FILIPINO People, YOU SHOULD FIRE RAFFY TULFO PRONTO!!!

(by the way, the owners of Philippine Daily Inquirer have done and continue to do WORSE than you. Despite the many lies RAMON TULFO propagated through the Inquirer pages, Ramon Tulfo was given another medium of mass communication to propagate his lies, through another Inquirer publication, BANDERA. It is like Makati Medical Center , after discovering its NURSE SUFFOCATING BABIES at its NURESERY, ASSIGNED the SAME NURSE to do NURSERY DUTIES at a Makati Medical Center AFFILIATE HOSPITAL . TRULY, the PRIETOS and MACASAETS, owners of both the Inquirer and Abante papers find HAVING a TULFO Brother POISONING FILIPINO MINDS among its columnists VERY REWARDING FINANCIALLY!!!).

In case you are not convinced that Raffy Tulfo wrote in his Abante TONITE columns from 1996 to 1999 many LIES and with Malice against Carlos so, let me enumerate below some LIES OF RAFFY TULFO against NING SANTOS .

RAFFY TULFO LIED about NING SANTOS when he called NING SANTOS “ISTUPIDO,” “may TOPAK” and “BOBO” in his Abante TONITE column dated June 9, 2003.

NING SANTOS ANSWER TO LIAR BOBO RAFFY TULFO:
NING graduated at the top of his class in high school, got “magna cum laude” grades in college, and when in graduate school, some of his writings got published in local and foreign journals and one was required readings in some classes at the University of the Philippines . Ning Santos, in his younger days, translated to Latin some of the immortal poems of Rabindranath Tagore, a Nobel Prize Awardee probably 99% of the Filipinos and ALL THE TULFO BOBOS have not heard about.

RAFFY TULFO LIED about NING SANTOS again when two days later (or June 11, 2003) he wrote in Abante TONITE a column entitled “Ning Santos: Bangag sa SHABU.” (Ning Santos: a SHABU addict).

NING SANTOS ANSWER TO LIAR BOBO RAFFY TULFO: In “kitchen (not classical) Latin, Ning quotes his mentors: quod gratis affirmatur, idemque gratis negatur—what is gratuitously asserted, the same is denied gratuitously. It is a gratuitous LIE BOBO RAFFY TULFO plucked out of the air. To gratuitously condemn persons committing crimes is a USUAL PRACTICE of RAMON, RAFFY and ERWIN TULFO. They just INVENT the LIES they PROPAGATE in print, radio and TV against persons BECAUSE THEY are TOO DUMB or BOBOS AS NOT TO BE ABLE TO RESORT TO SOPHISTRIES ---AS EMIL JURADO DOES---TO HIDE THEIR LIES. CONSEQUENTLY, THEIR BEING BOBOS OR DUMBS ARE REVEALED IN THEIR LIES.

RAFFY TULFO PROPAGATED ANOTHER LIE about NING SANTOS when in his Abante TONITE column dated July 30, 2003 entitled “May Bombang Gustong Pasabugin si Ning Santos sa BIR” (Ning Santos has a Bomb to Explode at BIR).Tulfo INVENTED the following LIE: “…nagpadala ng text si Ning Santos sa SHOOT TO KILL at meron daw siyang papasabugin na BOMBA tungkol sa mga katiwalian ng ilang opisyales ng BIR---lalo na sa kanyang amo…GUILLERMO PARAYNO (Ning sent a text message to SHOOT TO KILL saying he would explode a BOMB about anomalies involving several BIR officials---especially his boss”-- GUILLERMO PARAYNO).

NING SANTOS ANSWER TO LIAR BOBO RAFFY TULFO: This is INVENTED LIE because Ning DOES NOT KNOW the NUMBER of “SHOOT TO KILL” where he could SEND any TEXT message.. Also the USE of TEXT MESSAGE is a proven (at least by Ning Santos) VINTAGE MODUS OPERANDI of both RAFFY and RAMON TULFO WHEN THEY INVENT LIES against Persons which INVENTED LIES they PROPAGATE in their COLUMNS.

This last paragraph JUSTIFIES the TITLE of the FIRST CHAPTER of my book “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media” which is “Raffy Tulfo, SINUNGALING Na, BOBO Pa” (Raffy Tulfo, not only a LIAR, worse he is STUPID) which is reinforced by the SECOND SENTENCE of that Chapter which runs like this: “LIES come out continuously and repeatedly from his writings, as often revealed also in the same writings are his STUPIDITIES.”

BOBO RAFFY TULFO LIED when he FILED (in FAR AWAY CAUAYAN CITY, province of ISABELA and threatened to file another in MINDANAO and others in REMOTE PLACES in the COUNTRY) a LIBEL CASE when he said NING SANTOS labeled Raffy Tulfo and the Tulfo Brothers are “HOMOSEXUALS”

NING SANTOS says that the word “HOMOSEXUAL’ does not appear, even once, in the hundreds of thousands of words he used to write his book. He may have described ONE or TWO or ALL of the TULFO Brothers as “sons of Satan” “BOBOS” “LIARS,” “STUPID” “Gays,” “EVIL LIARS,” “The Tulfo Brothers, because they are not intelligent, are in no position to use sophistry in their lies” etc. but never did he call any Tulfo Brother as “HOMOSEXUAL.” Ning said his son who studied in a boys school taught him to respect ‘Homosexuals and Gays and Lesbians.”

BOBO RAFFY TULFO LIED when he swore in his AFFIDAVIT- COMPLAINT for LIBEL (he filed against NING SANTOS in FAR AWAY Cauayan City , province of ISABELA ) that he is a resident of 135 National Highway , Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City , ISABELA.

NING SANTOS ANSWER TO BOBO LIAR RAFFY TULFO: Ning said that even in his sworn statements submitted to Courts, Raffy Tulfo cannot get out of his nature of being a liar. RAFFY TULFO for LYING in a SWORN STATEMENT SUBMITTED to the COURTS in ISABELA PROVES HIMSELF a TRUE SON of SATAN!!!

PROOFS THAT RAFFY TULFO IS NOT A RESIDENT OF ISABLA ARE:

FIRST PROOF: CERTIFICATION (dated July 30, 2004) signed by the BARANGAY CAPTAIN of Barangay SAN FERMIN, City of Cauayan, Province of ISABELA, Mr. VICTOR G. DY, stating that based on available record or census MR. RAFFY TESHIBA TULFO is none resident of this barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela”

SECOND PROOF: SWORN STATEMENT which RAFFY TULFO HIMSELF made on February 6, 2004 before Judge PRISCILLA C. MIJARES, at the REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, Branch 109, Pasay City where Raffy Tulfo was being tried for the Crime of Libel. Raffy Tulfo swore, under oath the following: “ I am Raffy Tesiba Tulfo, 43 years old, married, media practitioner, residing at No. 12 Timog Avenue , Quezon City .”

THIRD PROOF: The POSTMAN covering Barangay San Fermin tried to deliver copy of lawyer’s pleading (in behalf of NIng Santos) to the Court a copy of which should be furnished Raffy Tulfo. The Postman tried twice, on September 8 and September 13, 2004 to deliver a copy of the lawyer’s pleadings to Raffy Tulfo at #135 National Highway , Barangay San Fermin, Cauayan City , Isabela. In both instances, the Postman failed to find any one who knew Raffy Tulfo to be a resident there. However, the copy for Raffy Tulfo sent to No. 12 Timog Avenue , Quezon City was received by Raffy Tulfo himself.

There are many other Raffy Tulfo lies but let the above lies suffice for the moment.

MR. MACASAET, whom do you love more, the FILIPINO READERS WHO MAKE YOU RICH BY BUYING YOUR PAPER TO WHOM YOU SHOULD TELL THE TRUTH, or Raffy Tulfo who POISON THE MINDS OF YOUR READERS WITH INVENTED LIES?.

IF YOU LOVE RAFFY TULFO TELLING LIES TO YOUR READERS BECAUSE HE MAKES YOU RICH, at least spare your Managing Editor from probable jail terms and huge amounts of fines and damages by FIRING TULFO NOW.

IF YOU DO NOT FIRE TULFO NOW DESPITE HIS MANY LIES to the FILIPINO PEOPLE, as Inquirer KEEPS RAMON TULFO despite his MANY LIES to the FILIPINO PEOPLE and the Journal Group of Publications RETAINS ERWIN TULFO despite his LIES to the FILIPINO PEOPLE, and The PRESIDENT and Her MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO, then truly SATAN RULES the PHILIPPINES thru the Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists sons of Satan in Philippine Tri-MEDIA and Satan’s allies at the Palace who manifested their allegiance to Satan by their KISS of the ASS of RAMON TULFO!!!!
