I hope you still remember when then Customs Commissioner Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. had to request for a meeting with you after the non-action by your paper on our letters urging you to fire one of your columnists in ISYU, JCM Romero III because

he used 95% of his ISYU (your short-lived Monday to Friday tabloid in the late 1990s) columns to attack Parayno and the Bureau of Customs.

Our several letters of complaint against the LIES of Romero III were not attended to that is why we had to request for a meeting with you. You were convinced about Romero III’s Abuse of Media Power when we told you that immediately prior to Romero using his ISYU columns to attack Parayno and the Customs Bureau,

Romero III wrote a proposal to Parayno that Parayno appoint him (Romero III) to be Parayno’s PR and Crisis Manager when Parayno was Customs Commissioner. (He simultaneously made the same proposal to then BIR Commissioner Liwayway Vinzons-Chato, and started asking her lots and lots of money immediately after making the proposal).

Failing to get a favorable reply from Parayno,

Romero III used 95% of his ISYU columns to print LIES against Parayno and the Customs Bureau.

By your close association with a Liar Bobo Extorting columnist and Abuser of Media Power JCM Romero III, you necessarily tainted yourself with the reputation of Liar-Extortionist Columnist JCM Romero III, much as the OWNERS of the Philippine Daily Inquirer cannot escape being tainted by the

Evil son of Satan of RAMON Tulfo---who, in turn, fathered a son, PATRICK, an extortionist media man like him, recently caught extorting P1,000,000.00 from a Makati-based foreign investor--- who uses many, many times his Inquirer columns to Intimidate, to Lie and to Extort.

Now here comes SuperLIAR, SuperBOBO Extortionist RAMON Tulfo giving you advice when he wrote in his column on October 2, 2007.

Hey, Bobo SuperLIAR son of Satan RAMON TULFO how about explaining to your readers for writing the following?

To whom were you loyal when you used (several years back) several installments of your Philippine Daily Inquirer columns to malign Customs official Lourdes V. Mangaoang because she sued, in Zamboanga, your Patron LE PENG WEE (a very powerful Zamboanga business leader) for SMUGGLING, through the Port of Zamboanga, chemical substances for the manufacture of SHABU?

(I understand Lourdes Mangaoang sued you and your brother RAFFY TULFO for BLACKMAIL & EXTORTION, demanding from her P500,000.00, otherwise you would use your Philippine Daily Inquirer column and RAFFY Tulfo his Abante TONITE column (then) to destroy her reputation if she did not give in to your demand for P500,000.00. The bank account of RAFFY’S WIFE, Jocelyn Pua, was even used as a conduit for Mangaonag to remit the extorted amount, turning EXTORTION Into A TULFO FAMILY Enterprise, a brother, son and wife operation!!!).

To whom were you loyal when you used your Inquirer columns, during the campaign period of the 2004 Presidential Elections, to repeat and propagate LIES against Panfilo Lacson: that he arranged for the MURDER of the first husband of his present wife, and that the present wife was an ADULTERESS!!! These LIES have been answered in the pages of Inquirer and other media and yet you keep on repeating them in your columns. Did you REPEAT the PROPAGATION of these LIES to show your allegiance and loyalty to your patrons?

To whom were you loyal when you Propagated, through your Inquirer columns, the LIES against Fernando Poe Jr., that FPJ urinated on the face of a gay columnist, and that you insisted the lie was true despite the DENIAL on the matter by FRANKLIN CABALUNA himself, the person alluded to as a victim of FPJ’s cruel act, as you described it.

To whom were you loyal when you used several of your Inquirer columns the LIES describing RAUL ROCO as a WIFE BEATER, even inventing the STUPID LIE that in 2002, Sonia Roco, unable any longer to suffer the beatings she was getting from Raul, fled to Baguio where unluckily the hotel she checked in collapsed and that when the rescuers saw the welts and bruises on Sonia’s arms, legs and body, you said that they were mistaken in thinking she got them from the falling debris when actually, as you pontificated, they were the bruises she got from Raul’s beatings.

You are a Liar, Ramon, and an Extortionist, like your brothers ERWIN and RAFFY, and even your son PATRICK who recently was caught by the Makati Police extorting P1,000,000. from a Makati-based foreign investor.
With what moral authority now do you give advice to Jarius Bondoc (or to anyone else, as you and your equally LIAR Brothers RAFFY and ERWIN often do in the course of their media work)?
