Below is copy of my email to Msgr. PEDRO QUITORIO in reaction to the reality of “MORAL BANKRUPTCY” pervading the Filipino Nation because of LIES emanating from the TOP of the PHILIPPINE GOVERNMENT.

If there is a non-Government and non-Religious Nationwide Organization whose Members are Leaders of the Communities Coming from Varied and Different Sectors who can Effectively Lead the Filipino People in the CAMPAIGN for TRUTH IN GOVERNMENT, it is the Rotary because of its Worldwide Adherence and Championing of TRUTH.

Probably the Rotary Leaders in All Parts of the Philippines can lead this Campaign by approaching the Religious Leaders (Bishops and Priests) and Education Leaders (Presidents of Colleges and Universities) that the Rotarians in their Localities are willing to Lead the Campaign for TRUTH IN GOVERNMENT with their (the Religious and Educational Leaders) Active Cooperation.

As Editor of Philippine Rotary, you can do the most in Spreading Among the ROTARIANS this Campaign for TRUTH in Government.

I sent the attached email to the Top 50 or More BISHOP Memebers of CBCP. These Bishops would Gladly Welcome any Initiative and Assistance from ROTARY in this VERY IMPORTANT CAMPAIGN that could save the Nation from Probable CHAOS (Even Civil War) because of the SPREAD OF LIES FROM THE TOP!!!

The MANY LIES (Hello Garci, P728 Million Fertilizer Fund Scam, the VENABLE Contract, the Smashing of the P40.0 Million Luxury Vehicles to HIDE Smuggling led by Top Government Officials) and the LIES on the BRIBERIES ($10.0 Million to de Venecia, P200.0 Million to Neri, P500,000.00 to Beloved AmongEd) all point to the

VERY STRONG presence of SATAN on Top of the Philippine Government.

The Best that the CBCP could do for the FILIPINO PEOPLE is for CONTINUED

Dear Beloved Bishops:

Never Before as NOW has the Filipino People LOOKED UP to you, the BISHOPS, for Leadership in the Life of the Nation.

In fact, several of your confreres, active PRIESTS, opted to take time out of their priestly duties to run for SECULAR Offices. One of them won as Governor over two candidates perceived as very corrupt!!! Le us all pray Father Ed Panlilio succeeds as Governor of Pampanga!!!

Why do the FILIPINO PEOPLE Now Collectively feel deep inside them that they are being treated not as Beings with Capacity to Reason but as Dumb Animals to be Herded? Why do they feel they ARE JUST HELPLESSLY TOLD TO BELIEVE WHATEVER THE LEADERS WANT THEM TO BELIEVE? Why do Filipinos now want many important questions answered but the answers are DENIED them???

This situation is the very reason priests,like Fr. Ed Panlilio, decided to be Leaders in the SECULAR World!!!

Father Panlilio and the Other Priests decided to be Active Leaders in the Secular World because Never in the History of the Country has the Filipinos been FED with So MANY LIES as NOW!!!

Marcos was a Dictator. He trampled on some of our basic rights. But because he Made his Intentions Very Clear to the People by his Presidential Decrees, Letters of Instructions, etc., the People never felt being treated as Less than Human Beings. It was very clear as sunlight to the people that their rights were being trampled upon. The people were very aware of it, but they did not Feel Very Low as NOW because Marcos treated the people at least as Human Beings with Reason.

But NOW we are treated and herded like DUMB ANIMALS, Beings without Capacity to Reason. WE are ALL BEING FOOLED, SPAT UPON Straight into Our Face, and Expected to be UNABLE to Fight Back!!!

They just FEED US WITH LIES!!!

There is the “Hello Garci” LIE, of massive cheating in the 2004 Presidential Elections.

There is the non-release (the equivalent of LIE) of the “Mayuga Report” said to have cleared the “generals involved in the massive election cheating” in the “Hello Garci” tapes.

There is the P728 Million Fertilizer Scam in connection with the 2004 Presidential Elections with former Agriculture Undersecretary Jocelyn Joc-joc Bolante fleeing to the United States of America seeking asylum so he would not be questioned in the Philippines for the massive corruption, the diversion of the People’s Money to buy votes. This is another instance of a Big LIE.

There is the “Venable Contract,” a contract with a U.S. law firm to lobby “in Washington ” for the Philippines , including on the move to change the Constitution. The contract costs US$75,000.00 a month (or approximately P50.0 million annually at the then prevailing dollar-peso exchange rate). Despite the People’s clamor for full information on the contract such as who is the private party footing the US$75,000 monthly retainer fee, the powers in Malacanang refused to reveal anything. Another Big LIE.

There is Executive Order 464 prohibiting senior officials of the Executive Department and the Military from appearing in Congressional Investigations without the permission of the President, so that they would not be forced to reveal corruption and abuse of power in high government offices. Another Big LIE

In All the Above, the LEADERS LIE TO US ALL FILIPINOS, treating US as DUMB ANIMALS, keeping US ALL IGNORANT on Matters and Events that Greatly impact on Our Daily lives as Citizens of a Nation.

It is not for any trivial reason why Christ said “Satan is the father of LIARS.”

Robbers steal our possession, rapists violate our sexual integrity but Liars strip us of our Total Humanity, our Nature as Rational Animals. Community or Social Life or interaction among people is impossible in a Regime of LIES.

In my first book, “Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media,” I demonstrated that the resort to OUTRIGHT LIES by media men(e. g., the TULFO Brothers, Rey Langit and others) empower them to Intimidate people, to promote SMUGGLING and EXTORT from Business and Rich People.

Further research showed that the camp of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, during the 2004 Presidential Elections, USED Ramon TULFO to INVENT and SPREAD LIES to MALIGN Presidential CANDIDATES Fernando Poe, Jr., Raul Roco and Panfilo Lacson. That is why I changed the title of my book to “The PRESIDENT and HER MEN KISS the ASS of RAMON TULFO.”

Advanced Civilizations and Great Nations ABHOR LYING. Look at the punishment meted to Nixon and to many of his men imprisoned because of their Lies in their roles in the “Watergate” burglary. On the other hand, Clinton kept his presidency because he did not lie about his sexual aberration.

The Top Two Officers of the The New York Times and the British Broadcasting Corporation were Asked to RESIGN because of “Plagiarism” and questionable reports on the existence of Weapons of Mass Destruction.

In the Philippines , despite the fact that the TULFO Brothers (Ramon, Raffy and Erwin) have been charged with Extorting over P600,000.00 monthly at the Bureau of Customs, they are still prized as Columnist and Radio and TV Reporters in Philippine Media.

Because in Philippine Mass Media the Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists are very Powerful and Very Prominent Members, and also because Malacanang is the source of MANY LIES told the Filipino People, the ONLY WAY to FIGHT this EVIL is for All the Bishops

to CAMPAIGN all over the country for TRUTH in MASS MEDIA and in MALACANANG.

It is not for anything that Christ said that Satan is the Father of Liars and why on page viii of my book, I wrote the following:

We look for Leadership from you, Beloved Catholic Bishops of the Philippines , to STOP this LYING to the FILIPINO PEOPLE by Mass Media and MALACANANG!!!
