JIMMY SALGADO, the man whom I knew since almost ten years ago as your AGENT at CUSTOMS for INTIMIDATING and EXTORTION Purposes recently sang to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) and to the WHOLE WORLD

that he is Extorting Huge Amounts from Customs Officials for you and your brothers RAFFY and ERWIN.

Also, a few days before this, the First Gentleman sued you and your brothers for Libel.

You cry persecution, appearing on National TV, trying very hard to force tears to come out your eyes to appear the Under Dog, REPORTING to the FILIPINOS you SUCCESSFULLY FOOLED over the years, THAT A Very Powerful Person is Persecuting You and Your Brothers, Using the Powers of the President of the Republic of the Philippines.

But YOU ARE VERY POWERFUL LIAR, Mr. Tulfo, such that I even changed the title of my first book to

For SEVERAL YEARS ALREADY, I have called you not only a Liar, but also a Stupid Liar. But because you have succeeded in Intimidating 99.9999999% of all Filipinos, including the powerful in media (owners, reporters, columnists) Nobody Believed What I Have Been Telling Many People all these years:

that YOU (and your brothers RAFFY and ERWIN) are Stupid Liars, Intimidators And EXTORTIONISTS.


GOD saw to it that ALL NORMAL people ALWAYS have in their MINDS or CONSCIENCE the CONCEPT of RIGHT and WRONG, TRUTH and FALSEHOOD.

That is why Philosophers say that To LIE is to SPEAK against ones OWN MIND.


If you are NORMAL , then you know for sure that whenever you WRITE LIES in your Philippine Daily Inquirer columns, you are very aware that You Are LYING. You are actually telling your readers

The following are the MANY LIES YOU PROPAGATED through the Philippine Daily Inquirer and its sister publication BANDERA.


That RAUL ROCO IS A WIFE BEATER.

You wrote the following during the height of the 2004 Presidential Campaign.

“A couple of years ago (or in 2002), Sonia (the wife of Raul Roco) ran away from home and went to Baguio after she was reportedly beaten black and blue by Raul. As fate would have it, she was nearly killed when the hotel she checked in collapsed.”

You treated all your readers as BOBOS.

You wanted to fool all your readers to believe you that A HOTEL COLLAPSED in BAGUIO CITY in 2002.

In my book, Liars, Intimidators and Extortionists in Philippine Media,” the first chapter is entitled “RAFFY TULFO, Sinungaling Na, Bobo Pa” (.RAFFY TULFO, the Super, Super Stupid Liar). In this lie of Ramon Tulfo, I can safely say that if Raffy Tulfo is Super, Super Stupid, you, RAMON TULFO, are MORE STUPID than your younger brother RAFFY because you are so stupid as to think that you can make ALL FILIPIONS BELIEVE A HOTEL COLLAPSED IN BAGUIO CITY IN 2002!!!



That Mrs. PANFILO LACSON is an ADULTERESS and Mr. LACSON a MURDERER

One of your favorite lies (I say favorite because although a denial was already printed in the Inquirer, you still repeat it when it suits you) is that when the first husband of the present Mrs. LACSON was incarcerated by the Military, she was already carrying an affair with Mr. LACSON during the time she was visiting her incrcerated husband. Then the husband was killed in an accident in which you strongly hinted that Mr. LACSON had a hand. Both lies were pointed as lies by the sister of the first husband of Mrs. LACSON, yet you kept on repeating them in your column whenever you think it is okay to repeat them.


You Continued to MALIGN FPJ Even When He was Already COMATOSE and DEAD


You are truly as a son of Satan because after maligning many times Fernando Poe Jr. during the 2004 Presidential Campaign period picturing him not only as a man of low education and as a very violent man, physically hurting his subordinates in the movie industry and also propagating that lie that he had a small penis and that he urinated on the face of a gay movie columnist, you continued to malign him even when he was already comatose in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) facilities of the St. Luke’s Hospital in Quezon City . And when hundreds of thousands of his fans flocked and formed kilometers-long queues on the streets leading to the Santo Domingo Church to pay him their last respects, you belittled these fans, which included Senator, Rene Saguisag, calling them ILLITERATE, UNEDUCATED, IRRATIONAL and STUPID MORONS.


You LIED Many Times about BIR and Customs Commissioner GUILLERMO L. PARAYNO JR. and Even Attempted to EXTORT P500.000.00 from the PARAYNO Brothers


You used your columns several times to print lies about former Customs and Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner Guillermo L. Parayno Jr. When he was Customs Commissioner you propagated lies about him and his brothers telling your readers as engaged in corruption at Customs.

To embellish your lies, you even printed in your column a telephone conversation (invented by you) between you and a brother of Commissioner Parayno: “Si Raffy (a Parayno brother) po, Kuya Mon, ang gumagawa, hindi po ako! (SIR MON, my brother Raffy is the one doing the monkey business, not me!).

When Parayno was BIR Commissioner, you repeated the lies of Raffy Tulfo picturing PARAYNO as a LECHER. You do this to show to the Filipino readers, especially the Customs and BIR officials and employees that you are a very powerful person, so brave as to malign at will their bosses.

This is your vintage modus operandi to extort from moneyed people..

In fact, on the very week that you printed many lies about the Parayno Brothers sometime in1998, you sent your agent at Customs, Jimmy Salgado, to tell a brother of Customs Commissioner Parayno to meet you at a restaurant

and bring with him P500,000.00 to be handed to you.

When several years later this matter was a topic of telephone conversation between you and Parayno when he was then BIR Commissioner, you told Parayno that you never authorized Salgado to extort for you and that you would punish him “hahabulin ko siya hanggang sa kaduluduluhan ng mundo (I will hound him till the end of the world) A few weeks after this conversation with Parayno, however, you started as a columnist in the Customs-circulated Trade Winds, whose publisher is Jimmy Salgado.

Verily, you are a liar through and through, one of the most evil sons of Satan,

a great MISFORTUNE and CURSE to the FILIPINOS because you came to earth as a FILIPINO.

There are many lies you propagated through your column but I will save the others for future letters to you.

This letter is meant to tell the Filipino readers that YOU and the OWNERS of the Philippine Daily Inquirer are the most powerful ally of Satan in Propagating LIES to the FILIPINO PEOPLE.
